((((Cathy)))) I read your post from late last night. I hope today goes as well as it can.
My day is off to a good start. I did morning mile, kitchen & personal AM cards, took DD13 to school, waved at DS16 as he left for work, and spent some time decluttering on current project. I am taking a break with my feet up while I finish my cup of coffee.

Re: What is happening Wednesday PWYC
Good morning LadyM, thank you for starting us off today! I started to start us, then needed to reboot computer, then went off on a tangent and walked the dog. At least we did three laps, although we did see a CAT that dMillie desperately wanted to chase. Kitty just sat there looking at us.
High 98 or so today - it's turned hot again although the humidity isn't bad, but we also have an air quality alert going. Will be a hot walk this afternoon/evening for sure.
I have nothing on the agenda except to continue toward "ready for the beach" status, and proofing. Yesterday evening ddog Millie wanted out when she saw dneighbor teen outside. This is the gal who will dog sit while we're away. Millie went out and was so happy to see her - got the zoomies and was all excited. It made my heart happy.

A new pot of my favorite soup is simmering. It takes me about 30 minutes to assemble, cut, chop, weigh, and record in cronometer all the ingredients. Once I have the ingredients simmering in the pot then I look at the 82 micronutrients that cronometer tracks to make sure they are all green (100%). It feels like I am playing a game to get all the micronutrients without exceeding calories & macronutrients goals.

Happy Harmony's and lucylee's Birthday!
lucylee, I'm glad you got through the party with a good feeling about it.
Thinking of ((Cathy and her dh)) and hoping the procedure went well, hoping they can get something to eat, look toward normalcy!
I've had my second dose of the antibiotic, so assuming helpfulness is happening for me.
Kathryn, good to hear from you. Any little mousies scrambling beneath your porch chair these days?
Or are the wildlife only surprising you when they are well outdoors? I bet the grandchildren will have wonderful memories from this summer.
Made another "3 by " last evening
kitchen deeper cleaning
Master bathroom besides tub
Sweeping with swiffer
btw, lucylee, I am sweeping with swiffer more these days for the reason you mentioned. Don't want to "rile up" dust so much with vacuum when I'm already coughing, and I want the particles to stick to what caught 'em, so not much broom sweeping.
LadyM's kitchen smells delicious and her cronometer looks downright virtuous. I should carry a bowl over there and make puppy eyes.

We are home!
There is a large "something" that the doctor biopsied, plus numerous polyps removed. We need to make an appointment with the Doctor in a couple of weeks for the results.
We both had a very rough night's sleep, or non-sleep. We will both have naps this afternoon.
After discussing supper, dh said he doesn't want pasta or anything heavy. Soup might be on the menu.

I'm upstairs at my desk, where I'm hoping to be more productive. But proofing is terribly boring work, honestly, so I'm setting a timer for 25 min and will break for 5 for a couple of rounds. Need to knock this out.

((((Cathy)))) Glad it is over and now you can relax.
Twins - YGG! I am wondering if you respond well to rewards. Every time I proof one page then i will get ???
I use the silliest of things as rewards because it works for my personality. It really doesn't make sense because I can have those things that I use as reward without doing anything to earn them. I think my personality response to gamifying tasks and having a definite end of receiving the reward.
I have made good progress this morning on decluttering for the 4-room switch. It isn't the decluttering that slows me down but the DECISIONS.
Making so many decisions back-to-back tends to wear my energy level down.
I made more meatball subs. I make 6 at a time and they tend to disappear within a few hours. They aren't full size subs because I use one foot long hoagie bread to make 6 of them. I am going to experiment with using the same bread but putting different toppings and see how the teens respond to that.
