I have walked ddoggo at two diff. places than we usually go one was a park by the river & dock.
Have meat from bfast San. while I was there.

Fueled the smaller rig.
Got the time I forgot the other day,
Went to W-mart.
Got two pieces of flannel for pj pants.
Went to the home imp. place aka lumber yard got a fence cap and put that on.

Rinsed flannel and it's draining after I got home.
Duds washer twins are going.

Furnace duct workers have come and gone.
Furnace check out your system guy lit the pilot lite after above people had it out and it checked out and is ready to go now and working!

Hydrating.
Lunch is later.
Need to re park the truck in the carport.
Got my steps in 8k before noon.
Yep I have a life.

I am not in a tizzy about the storm. It’s out of my control and my family is safe and that’s all that matters.

Even thought I am in Miami, the hotel is also in hurricane mode. It’s possible we could lose power here as well so they made sure to tell us about what that means… generators will keep the lights on in the halls and common areas. Breakfast will be pard down as well as house keeping.

Most all hotels in FL are now pet friendly and the parade of dogs are quite extensive, not to mention the cats, birds, parrots and Guinea pigs I’ve seen. People are here from all parts of the states and I am happy to say my two dear friends who live in Tampa and St Pete have left as well.

hi d Nancy
I am sure the dog loved the walk!!!
wow on steps - good for you
and good for you for all you have done today!!

I decided to put the suitcases away - dd should not be living out of a suit case -
the laundry I found  :D I mean I FOUND LAUNDRY!!!! :D :D :D dd Youngers and I also have d moms (d mom doesn't know I have it). dd younger has been with mom almost 3 days - 2 overnights, most of the day yesterday and most of the day today - it's the least I could do.
bedroom 1 is clean - took quit awhile but it's done. floors are swept.

next empty dw
I still have to make dinner

I just found out that a friends father is up north of us - makes me happy that he is not in Florida. He would have drowned in his car if it wasn't for some young teens rescuing him. He had water up to his neck.
Grateful for good news.

mom looks so much better - she can not be alone during the day bc she doesn't drink water.

CI / update 10K + at just after one o'clock.
I have gotten fabric in the dryer with the next load.
Folded and put away the first load.

Fans are on and that helped tremendously!
I moved the box fan to the basement.
Got the truck put away in the carport yea!
Took ddoggo around the block with me and she loved it!
Moved stuff that was moved out of the carport out.

Move things back upstairs that were close to the vents.
One room I"ll keep the night stand in the other spot for now at least.

Had lunch cobbler to celebrate & prevent bs crashing.
It was so nice to come home to cleared counters most of em any way.

I've started to spiff up the new to me wire gift baskets with holiday gifting in mind.
Pepperoni I got can go in pizza's I make to freeze up doing that later not today.
One more item outside to move. After my break...

I did put ddoggo in the plant cage, she was okay for a while but was not enjoying it at the end.
Next I can go work on my note book personal growth on the new things I learned.

Forgot to say we went to the rock trading post and I traded rocks we had painted for one
with the word "strength" on it in gold! Luv that!

Glad you're settling in RR, instead of waiting until the last minute.

I had a great workout - as usual. The gym seems empty now with only one trainer and one person in there training. Prediction is that it will stay open until sometime in December, but no word on whether dtrainer will stay that long. The trainer that dh uses is familiar with some of the trainers at a gym near here and might be able to give me a recommendation on a good fit.

The Zoom meeting went well, dh came home for lunch but probably won't come back through before bowling.

Some ta das:
-filled the car up with gas on the way home
-sent info to dneighbor who was HOA treasurer, she will file HOA tax return using her office software - she is a CPA.
-checked balances online for my checking account and HOA checking and made an HOA transfer
-paid a cemetery bill online

I need to walk the dog. She's fussy.

soaked my finger had a brier in it from moving rose branches.
Swiffered and mopped the main bathroom yea!
Time to fetch the clothes out of the dryer.
Trying to decide if I should take the fabric that was not color fast to the w- Mart store or not... how disappointing.
Got the can back in from the curb too.
Lav. Epsom salts helps the place smell even better.
-----
last load of laundry is folded and put away.yea!
Napped.
