mom said she is bored and is trying to sleep again but not tired. - what can I do with bored if one isn't interested in doing things. I will grab some pictures but will watch that she doesnt' cut them up if she doesn't like the people. if I was smart I would make a couple printed books for her to have at her fingertips - I want to work and don't want to sit with her.

we have water in the crawl space - my fault - I forgot to put the additional gutter on after fall. I have a water collection thingy that I removed.

heard this today from a woman who no longer has breast cancer. her view on the garden and life become that everything is a step of faith.

using this for the rest of my day!

Bit of rain came & wind br-r!

Cleaned up kit. dishes are soaking.
I sorted some journal stacks mostly but style ones with task lists.
They are going bye bye soon.

I need faster music! LOL!
Walked feels like 37* brisk and some wind rain just strated 2 houses from home!

DH is mentally struggling today. He has forgotten a couple decades of events. Basically anything that happened 20 to 40 years ago is not in his memory today. That is a guestimate of time frame he doesn't remember because I don't want quiz him. It is just the timeline of events that he asked about in our conversations. example....
DH - I wonder how Ray and Glady's are doing? (as we are driving past the place they used to live).
Me - they both passed away a couple decades ago.
DH - really? I don't remember that. They were always such good neighbors and willing to help anyone.
Me - Yes, they were!
Similiar conversations have happened a half dozen times through out today.

I made a double pot of cheesy hamburger spaghetti. The teens are happy.

praying for your dh. it's so hard for you and and for them when they miss blocks of time. Hopefully after he sleeps his brain will clear. I don't know why it happens but I pray he will be able to access his memories again soon.

mom doesn't always remember that her siblings have passed. She has days like that and other days she is completely there.it seems like it lasts for the whole day. Even a bit of a glassy eyed look. (I saw that with my grandfather) Last week she thought she saw her mother in the kitchen - a couple times a week she woke up for a moment and says "mother" and I just say "yah" - My grandmother, my mom and myself have always answered with "Yah" she goes back to sleep. it's a content happy sleep - she never remembers it when she wakes up. She wakes up happy on those days.

dd older took mom out to a store - it was good for mom. it was good for me. I am grateful for it. I finished surface cleaning the 3 season room - everything needs a good washing but that will have to wait until a warm spring day. (same with washing the white curtains back there)

I flipped laundry a couple times today
tossed some things - they will not go out until next garbage day.

time to work on my light

d Nancy - mom is not there yet - she wants work with purpose but really doesn't want to do it. She did work yesterday and I am grateful - I need to find something challenging without overwhelming her with steps. Something with purpose. I have considered taking piano as dd Youngers piano is still here. She is the one who always wanted to have the girls learn piano - I think she really wanted to take it but never stuck to it. I wonder if I did it - if some of that information is still there.

time to work again.

I have heard music is good for us, today saw Mozart fights off cancer cells, it was a fb post.

I found the info. I can use for my going forward affirmation mission statement yea!
It was in one of my notebook / journal sorting process.
So glad I decided to go through them.

Windy and some rain no snow yea!

I froze 2/3 rds of the rolls.
Had one flatter rounder one as a sandwich so yummy.

More journal sorting happened, table in the basement worked great for that.
Brought up another stack for consideration next week it's still on the table needs to go on the desk in the spare room.
Got them moved.

Did up the dishes just before eight p.m.
Some snow in our forecast on Sunday.

We still pay for a landline - my understanding is that it's not that much, considering we're on fiber optics and it's bundled with our internet and TV. We don't use it, but I think our Food City "extra bucks" or whatever is still tied to it. I'm getting everything changed over. We don't use the number, no phone plugged in. I assume if we get calls it's usually spam anyway.

My massage therapist rolled back some of the miles on me. He used an infra-red lamp on my wrist and it feels better. I got a nap this afternoon, put away groceries, stamped a little.
