The virus/flu continues to be on a rampage in my area. . For the 2nd week in a row several surrounding schools are switching from IRL to virtual. MANY family and friends have had it, but our household has managed to escape (so far). I'm not sure what germ/bacteria is causing so many to get sick, but it doesn't test positive to flu A or B, strep, or covid. It starts with 103-106 fever and stomach symptoms. That lasts for several days with most people getting better after being sick for a week. Some of the sick ones have secondary symptoms that show up the following week later that are more respiratory.

I have spent some time updating spreadsheets.

Glad to see Harriet posting this afternoon.

Home from workout - I went by the temple to drop off a check after, and stopped at a drive thru for an HOA deposit. Of course, I have four more checks now.

Dh is home - we're going to leave the pork chops in the refrigerator and go out to eat with dfriends V and A. She's been feeling terrible but is on the mend, and dh is away again this weekend so we won't see them then. Dog and I walked two laps.

I need to change clothes before heading out.

Sorry for not greeting you guys - I've been working on HOA paperwork like a demon. It will be organized.

d twins very well done on a busy afternoon! glad you friend is on the mend!
if anyone can organize the HOA work; it is you!

d rose thank you for sharing

I have spent the entire afternoon building, rebuilding and rebuilding again my new seed light starter - Just when I thought I had gotten it straight then the bottom was all wrong. The frame is finally finished!!! I still have to figure out the lights and the electricity but I may do that with my brother who is coming here tomorrow.

waving to all of you.
it is always a joy to be here with you!

Moving from afternoon to evening doings.

DD13 is home from school with her 5 week progress report card. Six A's and one B. She was quick to point out the B was one point from an A and there are two papers from last week that haven't been graded yet. She is sure the B will be an A after the pending papers are graded. We celebrated her hard work and successful efforts.

DH just left to spend a couple of hours cooking pancakes for the meal at church. The guys will set up multiple blackstone grills to cook the pancakes, bacon and sausage for everyone.
