Watered largest violet her second serving.

Rode with HRH as he put recyclables in - sunshine.

Paid a paper bill. Sent a donation. Cramps in hands acted up again.

Lunch of nutritional shake over ice with straw. I can stand them like that. A little "liquid IV" water.

HRH used cleaner on both toilets at same time and found out why I don't do that.

Have already napped once. Dreamed of being powerful - wouldn't mind going back to that one.

Dstepson is picking up HRH's eyedrops from pharmacy 1. Will be here soon.

We now have to have pharmacy 3 - took phone call from them. Dr. set it up.

creme brûlée sounds yum.

Home from library. I thought dh was leaving at four (our calendar says 3-4 departure) but he left around two p.m. Time at library was productive, I got in four hours there - parking for two hours then reset for another two hours.

My dinner company is coming at six - my former trainer, who moved away and has moved back. She's even younger than dd! We'll go pick up take out at fav restaurant so we have time to visit.

I need to spiff things back up here but I need a little vegetative time.

....wondering what Twins trainer will order from restaurant.....

I have not eaten well today. We ate out at lunch and then ordered pizza tonight. I ate both meals with teens & DH. The number of processed foods I ate today is going to blow up the scales for a few days until my body gets rid of the high sodium. Perfection is not one of my goals.

After we got home and everything unloaded, we had to go back out. We received a phone call saying our family doctor office needed to update our insurance information. They wanted us to give them the numbers on the phone. We declined to do that because we didn't know the person who called. She was calling from the city office where we rarely go, but we know by name most of the people in the local office. The person tried to assure us that they were real, which only made us doubt them further. We drove to the local doctor's office and handed them our insurance card in person.
Giving personal information over the phone to someone I don't know just seemed like a poor decision. I would rather drive the 20 miles and be confident our information is going to the right place.
