I've updated my calendar for the week and rescheduled my body work - i.e. massage. Busy weekend here, I'm glad that I kept early this week open. Also updating my list of OMM for he week. And I have my email down to sixty-five emails. I'm also keeping an eye on the market. With dh retiring this summer it affects us.

Dh had the house looking pretty good but there are always mysteries. What did he do with scissors in the bathroom?

Five things (this will at least finish a.m. routine.
-s2s (Dfriend M came by to walk while I was still in pajamas this a.m.)
-make the bed (her queenship has been presiding there)
-get rid of five emails to bring me down to sixty, get rid of 10 pieces of paper by my computer
-washer load of laundry, move to dryer
-finish unpacking suitcase and put it away.

Done with those. I just need to empty the dishwasher to finish a.m. routine, but it just finished drying....going to let it cool down. I also called my bank to get my account unlocked. I think I tried to sign in last week and it didn't take, so it locked me out. So that's taken care of. I got the bathroom straightened up and put away my travel toiletries bag too.

I am leaving the laundry for now, not going to fold it today. I have a load of whites to do, a load of towels, and a load of the lightweight blankets from our porch that we offer when we have a fire outside. They have been left on the porch and the top is covered in pollen and they are all damp from the weather.

The ddog is bored and wanting an afternoon walk, I'm going to do that, one lap, and then go upstairs and finish that speedy recovery card I mentioned this a.m.

Great news, bw2!

Blessedw2- that is great news!

I have 4 minutes before getting DD13 from school. She has another appointment with her counselor this evening so we will be making that drive to the city. Hopefully I can also do a couple errands while we are there.

More rain:
Dining room zone my focus this week.
Unloaded a desk on wheels in the dining room and wheeled it in to the spare room
where the other desk was.

Working on decluttering the table in the dining room made some progress.

No mowing happened today.

blessed, that\s wonderful that today was a good appt day. Did you mean he has added a few pounds? Best wishes for the weather, the trees, plants, and all.

I've had one of those "one step back" days of recuperation my ddad used to explain : "recuperating is two days of feeling a little better, then one of feeling a little worse ... .." etc. I'm supposed to be building my strength back but today didn't do it. Oh well, hopefully I will see-saw back to more strength.

I did cook supper but then didn't eat more than half a serving. Used the large heavy frying pan and my wrists complained. That was a new one.

HRH had to nap quite a bit to get over his bad night. I hope he hasn't gotten his days and nights mixed up again. He does that every once in a while.

He has been planning a bookshelf he wants to build for his office - seems to be rather inspired by that project, so I'm glad. A happy thought.

Our Vet is closing down. This is out of the blue and we're very sorry. They have emailed and sent us Tobias' records, etc. From that I was able to note the very dates of his hospitalization when we worried about him so much. From that, I was able to go back in PWYC and find the posts from me about the time at home without him. I may post that tomorrow.

Will probably hit the hay early to see if some better sleep will produce a better day tomorrow.

Good evening! Peeking in here before bed. Only big event today was getting our taxes done. We owe the Feds and will be getting $ back from the state, so not too bad.

Congrats to Nancy!
So glad to hear blessed’s good news!

Sweet dreams, Harriet and everyone else!
