Morning all. That for me is a bed remade and dug the sewing/ craft desk out from under the layers of blankets. I still need to put up shelves in there yet and move a few extra things in. But with a little more the father in law has a place to sleep if he comes.

Honestly took 15 minutes

Ddog walked one lap. I stopped to talk to a neighbor and their dogs charged out, she was nearly into it with the more reactive one. There were more dogs coming through as I walked past our house, so best to come in.

First thing is to update tax return and file it. I've already looked enough to know that what I thought was an error on my part was not, so we're back to refund country.

I need to walk ddoggo earlier now as days warm up.
I'm up have caught up on qt audio Bible and did my planning and journaling.
Trash is at the curb.
Getting used the new stove burners and different configuration a bit at a time.
We have a luvely week of weather here yea!

I dusted the living room! It really needed it.
I also wiped down the front of the cabinet in the bathroom and the right side on top where the cat food and water dish is.
I've swept and mopped the bedroom. Partially swept the living room.
Wiped off the kitchen table with a wet cloth.
Swept and mopped the bathroom.

I've also sprayed febreeze in the bathroom AND cleaned the toilet.

Dishes are soaking in the sink and the dishwasher needs to be emptied.

We are having liver and onions tonight. Dh was so happy to see the package of liver in the fridge last night.

Litter boxes are overdue for a cleaning. They are next.

Very windy here today. It was sunny earlier, now it's overcast.

** morning walk and exercises
** DD13 delivered to school
** breakfast for Dh and myself
** homeschool with DS16 started
** called family doc trying to get DH seen today. They r booked solid
** hour drive to hospital er.
** initial diagnosis is salivary gland stone. Now they r running test to confirm
** sitting waiting while they run blood work, put in an iv using ultra sound to guide and next is getting a ct scan with contrast
** test confirmed diagnosis. Getting antibody med in iv then we will be released.
Plans -
** eating lunch at favorite chinese restaurant
** drive 45 minutes to pharmacy for antibody prescription
** drive 30 minutes home.
** ds16 is on stand by to pick up dd13 from school if we cant get back in time

Oh my, Lady and Lord M. Thinking of you two this morning. I hope this can be resolved well.

I filed tax return. Yes, I was correct in the first place and we get a refund. I would have hated to make that error. But the whole thing took a lot longer than I expected. I had needed additional info from dh and what he brought home conflicted with what I had, so needed to get in touch with him again.
And he's called back to check in and see where we stand. And the dog has been in and out a hundred times at least.

Along the way I decided I could justify ordering groceries since the tax return was taking so long.

So that's done. I'm heading upstairs - got an inquiry on a Greene Co., TN family that I've researched. I want to reply to that and then work on Virginia research - making sure I have everything documented before I forget!

Back from store run & errands got my steps in.
Ran in to friends that think I should be there for them.
Not enough band with for that afraid I was cranky with them.
Easter is hard so may was, Lh bday was near or on Easter lots of years.
Still fighting this cold & pollen.

Good news I survived and am back home inside.
Neighbor is spraying so I'll not be mowing the front.
Got take out for 2 meals today & one to freeze.

Rig is unloaded rig & Food is put away.
Out water on to boil on all the burners now.
Went to JoAnn's sale did not buy a thing there or at the thrift shop did not find a book
even new at the W-mart one. Sigh for whining.

We are home from our medical adventures with 10 minutes to spare before picking up DD13 from school. DH official diagnosis is Acute parotitis. I've never heard of that before and the pharmacist hadn't either. DH is supposed to have sour candy to encourage the saliva in mouth to flow freely. DS16 volunteered to pick out a variety of super sour candy since we aren't familiar with that kind of candy. I have authorized DS16 to purchase and bring home chicken strip dinners for the teens tonight. I didn't have time to cook anything for them today.
