My 15 minutes turned into an hour, to get the job not quite done, but to the level I had hoped. Then dbro called and we talked, so I haven't gotten to mother yet. Time to leave the desk and do something else. The desk is "improved" enough that maybe 2 more episodes of decluttering may accomplish the surface. Then there are the drawers.... and the slots.....
So now it's time to head to the corn truck, before it leaves for the day.

Hi Everyone! DGD12 and her dad are off to try to get a plane flight home. DGS11 is here until either Wednesday or the weekend depending on how boring Grandma’s is or how homesick he gets.

Hi, Peaches, Gma and L.Ann. I had a fun time with dfs at their barbeque. Most of the family was there, so I got to catch up with dfs on things.

Doggedly, I'm happy that you had such a good time!
L.ann, I hope you have a good time with dgs, and keep him busy. Do you have miniature golf? That was a favorite of my ds, and dnephews also at that age. Swimming. Many crafty things. Zoo! if there is one not too far away. Ours is about 75 minutes drive. I miss having a kid or grandkid that age, because I like zoos!
I'm back from time with mother, and it's kind of late to start a project. I've got 2 bills to pay, and a dw to load. that might be good enough. I can read teh scripture lessons for church tomorrow, do a little crocheting.
And I made a plan today to go to IKEA with a df on Monday afternoon. (It's 70 mile drive one way. It will be nice to have company.)
