Hello, all. Today is my Errands Day, and is well underway:

Cleaned up after dog
Benedryl and treats for Germane
Spiffed self
Brought Germane to groomer
Went to animal hospital and bought food for Germane
Went to the dollar store and found a pill organizer for Germane. Bought a mat and a drawer organizer while I was there, but didn’t go crazy
Checked mail

I'm having one of those days where it is difficult to walk, so other accomplishments will probably be modest.

I'm glad you're starting to feel better, Helia. I always take probiotics with antibiotics, and continue taking them for at least a week after I've finished the course of antibiotics . I e also found a single square of good quality dark chocolate somehow helps with antibiotic- induced nausea , but, if course, YMMV with this!

I hope the chimney sweep went smoothly, L.Ann.

Gma and Dogged, for some reason Matilda has a desire to play with flying things! About two years ago she was stung on the paw by a bumble bee, and it would appear she hasn't learnt from that experience!

Bama, Trissie is on holiday in Paris for this week. I hope the bookshelf.works out.

I'm sure Germane will look even more beautiful after her visit to the groomers, Dogged!

Hi, Peaches!

I managed to hoover and polish the car before church today, and stayed chatting after the service. Then I had to dash home to pick up Matilda for her appointment. She was not well behaved (no biting or anything like that, thank goodness, just a refusal to get in the scales, glaring at the nurse when she went to scan her microchip, clamping her jaws together when it was time to check her teeth, and jumping off the table and running towards the door asking to say, "Come on, Mum,.let's go home.now!" Anyway, she has a clean bill of health, so hopefully that's it for the next six months with her.

Waiting Jace delivered and the groceries are away. Everyone has been fed, and I be had a nice chat with DF CW and watered the front garden. Good night, everyone!

next up - empty dehumidifiers. amazing how much water is in the air!
10 minute walk for gentle exercise for my feet did 15
then start to power wash my very dirty driveway! Start is the operative word. DS gave me a special attachemnt, but I couldn't get it put together, but dgs came to mow the lawn adn was able to do it. The tool works great! I have several sections done (4), but also several (at lease 10, plus the apron to the street) to go I'm going to aim for 2 more tonight.
Went to the local corn truck - corn on the cob, plus local cabbage salad, plus leftover fish from restaurant Sunday night for supper, and choclate ice cream for dessert.

I have so much inside work to do, I don't even want to start, it's overwhelming. So I'll be outside - that's something that I will be able to see progress.Now back to the driveway

And when I'm done with the driveway for tonight, I have dishes to do, and cookies to bake. Maybe brownies as well, to send with dgs as he leaves in the morning for University
