d twins wow I think it's great that the Jewish Federation helps you with medicare! fantastic!

you have no idea how much I want to respond to you all!!!

dh wanted to sit in the front room ( mom is asleep in there)
he said he forgot that she was there - he is a creature of habit and I know not being able to be in the front room will frustrate him. He does have 2 rooms (one large and one office) upstairs and he has the dining room.
he has been underfoot - just standing and looking out - always in the same room as myself but at least he is not cranky! having people working here always frustrates him.

one more wall is left to take down in the 3 season room (more like a big hole - no roof)

I am stressed but trying to find a positive way to move forward.
it is always a joy to be here with you!

DS17 has called me 10 times in the last 3 hours seeking advice and talking through options with dealing with his boss. I'm listening to the song Stronger because I like the energy from the beat and it reminds me that going through trying moments can make us stronger.

It's time to get DD14 from school.

I do like that song d lady

They have torn off all the walls (and door) on the 3 season room - I have never seen anything like it - there was the slab floor and the walls were built on top of it. no wonder it rotted away with all the water we get on that (once) room.

the curtains that were in the 3 season room will go to the cleaners tomorrow. I have them in a bag ready to go into my car.
mom is still sleeping - I will have to wake her in a bit. She is getting very thin. I need her to drink boost more than once a day.

kitchen sink, counters, stove, are clean
put away almost done in the dining room.
I need to continue working in the family room
there is a lot of laundry to be done.
I haven't done a swish and swipe on the bathrooms - I have the cleaning ladies on Thursday so I might put that off.

had a difficult evening with mom - she would not help me help her up. it was bad!
new day tomorrow.

my goal was to vacuum the vents but I may need to move that to another day.

good night!

Very much missed posting with ya'll today.

Cathy, desk chores may be done but desk messiness is a forever thing, I think.

Every time I turned around today the phone rang. Some cousins have been having to both phone and email. One cousin has called here 4 times today, although once was in error. And she is quite the talker. Also have chatted by phone with both dds.

Oh, and called dmil for her birthday, missed her, then got a call back that lasted a long time.

We forgot the trash until after dark, then couldn't find the flashlight that is best. Afterward, it was found lying on the canned goods shelves - ??

Happily, Desk Day was all handled early in the day and well. HRH did want to handle that last bill online (I didn't even know for sure it was possible), so that made it even easier. We are trying now to figure out why our twin eye appointments have resulted in opposite billing. He owes nothing, I owe $70, but we had exactly the same service on the same day at the same hour, same doctor. I think someone made mistakes in the communication with insurance. So, we will have to do one more thing and make a call tomorrow, I guess. I hope it results in my getting the same treatment he did and not the other way around.

HRH was telling me about that outage, Twins', and sent me an article about it, mostly discussing how much it was affecting London. I hope things are better tomorrow.

Didn't realize you were still using Remember the Milk so much. That certainly is a good recommendation, because you first talked about that many years back. So many online helps have disappeared since then.

Kittykatt, I hope Freddie has a very laid-back and calm day tomorrow! He has no patience with Paparazzi - they don't appreciate his aura.
