Good morning L Ann. You've already gotten so much done!
kitkat, I have an extroverted dh! I haven't moved either.

Just thinking about Peaches. You're right, I haven't seen her for a while. She was absent for a while earlier and then came back. I think she has some health issues? I'm not sure that's why she's been absent, just an observation from her posts.

Morning all. I haven't seen peaches either for a while. She's really quiet except her detailed list. I hope all is ok.

I am not sure I have room in my morning brain to respond to all. Maybe I was that burnt out a while ago ot still comes back sometimes? I'm working on some counseling one on one time with my sister friend H. Every other week offset from the larger group bible study. It's helping. Or I'm just tired and not awake yet.

Gotta think through this crazy day.

830 school run and dentist 😬
Hopefully time to bring Casper sample to the vet cause he's still a little weird
1030 bible study
1200 ds done school hopefully he can walk home or wait for me to get there
130 hair appointment maybe I can get ds in there instead and just a bang cut for me
300 to 340 teacher meetings
Ds rugby workout 330 to 430
Do I need groceries in between

Ugh there must be a way of not landing all of that in the same time period. Dentist books every 6 months and it seems that is when everything else is needed

I liked Keeper of Lost. Children, KitKat. It is a pretty quick read and talked about history I didn’t know much about. It did have different time lines which isn’t my favorite thing. The other piece that really captivated me was the description of the school and farm in Maryland in 1965 because it is close to where I live and very different from what I remember of my childhood on the outskirts of Baltimore. It has gotten a lot of buzz and I think it is a good read but it wasn’t what I would consider a deep read if that makes sense.

Well thats going to make a slight bit of room. I can't seem to wake ds. At this point he seems to be missing the half day? And unsuccessful again at a sample. Casper must be figuring out my scheme and not oblige? Whatever. I'm going to tell ds where I'm going and get my dentist over with and then he'll be awake and see if I am including him in any oc my plans.

Happy Wednesday!
Went to bed slightly earlier than normally yesterday, so the fight to stay awake has not been as dire today. Still I was like "nay, can we cancel today and skip directly to Friday afternoon?" all day! Weekend can't come early enough, if you ask me! We do have some lovely weather, though!

When is DH coming back, kittykatt?
are the DGKids on spring break, kitkat? oh, I see helia asked that as well, but I am starting at the beginning :-) So, how long are they on spring break, just this week?
cabbage, beans and kielbasa... a Polish recipe, helia?
L.Ann, I see no "painting job" on your list - did you already do all of those, or did you give up on them? :-)

TaDas
- morning madness
- day at work
- pay school trip
- pick up DBD
- see DBD off the door for her scout session

ToDos
- morning routine
- 15 outside - clean out front rose patch
- clean kitchen

Thanks LAnn - I think the topic is interesting. I never thought of that but , of course, things like that happened all the time.
All those children...:(

Walked my pup outdoors for 45 min. She was so good... (The other day she got overexcited about dogs in the distance... it was not an enjoyable outing) . This time, I was very conscious about what I was doing: if I spotted a dog, I made sure I maintained our speed and kept going. I think my own reaction has a great deal to do with hers.
(It was not too windy - and 2 C so it worked for us)

Lauralind good luck with Casper.
(do you use rewards for potty?)
Gma I see snow in our forecast this week... I was hoping we were done

Started laundry - at least the beds will get done.
Next:
Fridge clean

Good morning, all. (still morning here :) ) It's a play-it-by-ear day today. We have a freezing rain warning for today and tonight, and it's serious enough that they have closed the libraries and cancelled school buses. So a great day to stay in and do things around the apartment. Nothing accomplished so far, but the day is still young.

Kittykatt, thank you for starting us off. I agree; Germane looks much better with the shorter fur. I do need to try to scissor around her face, as much as she'll let me.
Luckily, her appointment is not until tomorrow afternoon, and the weather should have passed by then.

Waving to kitkat, helia, L.Ann, Lauralind, trissie, and all of our accomplished dSHEs.
