I've done my exercises for today: 1 heart

I drank 8 glasses of water today: 1 heart

Sit to stand 5 repetitions: 1 heart

Clear kitchen table once a day: 1 heart
(I got the table cleaned except for a cat! One does not move Freddie unless there is a *very* good reason, so I've decided to still count the table as "clear"
)

Thank you ladies for starting the monthly thread.
Being accountable helps me work on my habits.
My 5 daily habits, tracked on an index card near my bed :
MR - basic morning routine - Move C/W - either Cardio or Weights, daily - MicroMove - tiny times of movement at payroll or during the day - Time for me - to read, maybe write, maybe think, maybe journal - K for Kegels - pelvic floor exercises, 1 mn minimum, at bedtime usually.
I will add a "house chore" habit : cleaning under the kitchen table before bed. It's not "health and fitness" per se but it should be agood measure of how much I take care of the general balance between payroll and home and life : payroll causing very low energy at the end of the day, home being a place that I take care of for my wellbing, and life because my kids are apriority and I want them to get used to getting downstairs for breakfast at a clean table and clean kitchen floor.
As of today, 9pm :

** Healthy body - Track what I eat and how it affects my body. Analyze & learn. Then do the hard part = implement changes.
What does a WIN look like? Daily below 1300 calories consumed while meeting fiber, vitamin & mineral minimums.
** Physically strong. Move my body! Exercise with a purpose. Spend time outside every day.
What does a WIN look like? Daily over 6700 steps. Averaging 10+ hours movement.
** Mentally engaged. Use hip pad (paper & pen always with me). Keep brain engaged and limit time on mindless useless activities.
What does a WIN look like? Daily hip pad usage Page full of my ideas, thoughts, to-do's, plans, accomplishments, dreams & goals.
