Yes, Freddie is now upgraded to the "advanced" option - apparently I was the first client to do this, so the receptionists said it was good practice.for them, especially as we have multiple cats ( this attracts a discount)
Book Jude's appointment for August booked for 5/8
Can I book Matilda 's 6 month health check for August? ( Preferably*not* at the same time, as Jude likes quiet, and gets quite distressed when Matilda does her song and dance act) Booked for 13/8

I have been to the basement and checked out the flooding cleanup. I think that tonight's main contributions will be to reinforce the tape holding up the air conditioner's insert and to strip the duck.

Drained a couple of bowls of condensate from the air conditioner X 2
Put away dry dishes
Cleaned up after dog
Heart pill for Germane
Checked out pdf viewer on Linux PC. Switched to web browser
Found a recipe in breadmaker manual
Set up breadmaker
Filled/started breadmaker
Dusted
Drained the air conditioner
Changed pee pads for dog and air conditioner
Found a carpet beetle. Sent him off on the adventure that is independent living in the great outdoors
Started going through contents of small box. Discarded cable. Found box for grow light. Found the grow light, put it away and logged it so that I can find it in the future.

Breakfast for Germane: she graciously accepted dog food with probiotic
Washed floor
Set up new mouse

Reorganized pee pad boxes

Bagged up kitchen garbage and brought it to chute
Checked laundry room: one washer busy.
Brought load to basement locker and checked water cleanup from the flood. My locker room seems to have escaped but there is evidence of flooding in its hallway and another locker room closer to the stairs. They had a generator and sumppumps going. I won’t be using the laundry room in the basement for a few days. I’ll stay out of the recycling room too.
Checked laundry on the way up: both washers now in use. Leave laundry for tomorrow.
Gave Germane pills and cheese
Found canister and put away bread

Climbed up on sill and reinforced tape for air conditioner insert
Put my feet up and leaned back in my fancy chair to enjoy the fan and air conditioning
Stripped the duck. It was nothing like stripping a chicken. It was more like running 10 lbs of mud and sticks through my fingers millimetre by millimetre to find the specs of gold. In the end, I did have a container of meat and a container of gelatin.
