Ya'll are super inspiring - such cheery reminders and checks!
One day of 21 out of 24 checkmarks has happened for me. Mostly getting around 18s.
This is an important month to me, with efforts to give my body the best chances to heal more.
The new produce item generating some cheer around here is figs - yay. Goodness, the one I had for breakfast yesterday was perfection. I love being able to have a different healthy food to add to meals, making some unknown but important cell in the body say, "Hurray, the very nutrient I was hoping for!" Happy to have had some kiwis again - I read that they can do a very positive reset for gut flora.
It has been sort of a drag ( ) to omit fresh greens in these uncertain days. I do still have spinach because I put it into stir-scramble dishes on the stove. Kale is really cooked. Sprouting my own broccoli is constant now. I put a batch into the window to green-up and immediately start another.
Exercising every few days. I wanted to stick with EOD but circumstances keep getting in the way. Try, try again.
Re: the outbreak(s) ... .. dmil suspects some fresh supermarket blueberries caused her to have this, but her sister who partially lives with her doubts it and thinks it was just ordinary tummy troubles. Dmil ardently explains her very upsetting symptoms and asks us all if this sounds normal - well, maybe not. Dsisil is point man on this.
WTG on all your progress, Harriet. A fresh fig for breakfast sounds delicious. I'm very fond of blueberries and like to snack on them, but I have discovered the hard way that they can cause tummy troubles if eaten in excess . Of course, what constitutes "excess" is going to vary from person to person, but if no one else became unwell from eating them, I suspect your DSisil is correct!

Limited fresh greens from store will hopefully soon be over.
Some days I am short in meeting Potassium and/or Vitamin K daily goals. That is easily solved by eating canned greens. Canned isn't my favorite but I try not to overthink it because it is a simple solution to make the micronutrients goals turn green.

This is day #4 of being in constant pain from either back/leg muscles and/or sciatic nerve locked up. Pain meds don't touch it. I am doing gentle stretches and trying to remain patient until relief comes. I am seeing progress being made. Instead of being in pain 100% of the time, I am now in pain 75% of the time. My walks are difficult to do (painful).
This too shall pass........
