yes - the holiday is coming - wow less than a month away d twins! how is that possible.
yay on getting those photos taken care of - sorry that there was damage at the cemetery!
hope the insurance covers it fast
yay on your am routine!
d lady - praying that the weather gets better fast by you!!!
praying the fires stay away!!!
next: dh was a little flustered that I was working in the dining room as he wanted to eat - left it so that he could have some quiet time by himself.
now it's time to work in the dining room - not a big card day but put away, wash the top of the table - I dusted already, I need to vacuum and then rinse the floor.
feeling a bit overwhelmed still but I am sure the put away will help.
I still have to do refills in the house and moms room
and dust and clean mom's floors

Re: Finally Friday Conga Line PWYC
I asked DS18 if he would mind grabbing something for DH to eat. DS18 only has 30 minute lunch and needed 20 minutes of it to make the drive here & back, so he must have grabbed everything he saw at the deli ready to eat food counter. He got waaay too much. Multiple bags of chicken tenders and nuggets, potato wedges, fried fish fillets, along with a selection of multiple types of freshly made burritos. I didn't say anything to him about the excess amount but was just grateful for the food and said a big THANK YOU for his effort.
FINALLY.
My locked back muscles finally released. I can stand up straight now and walk almost normal.
Everything still hurts but I think it is mostly soreness from muscles being cramped tight for so many hours.
The pain level is definitely heading in the right direction.
I want to return to my normal doings, but I am resisting the urge. I don't want the muscles to lock up again.
Slow and steady is my motto today.

Re: Finally Friday Conga Line PWYC
I for got my lunch and had a low bs so ate some stuff I keep on hand.
Better now and will need to take Rx in a bit I set the timer.
I have 99% of the stuff put away now.
Got my steps in for today at just past noon.
Sipping on coffee.
Got the fabric off the deck rail it's dry now.
Heard a siren a bit ago.
A couple items left to put in the basement freezer.
I saw pumpkin spice stuff out if you like that I'm not a fan, I like
it but the spices b other me.
Tip of the day you can use v-8 if you are out of tomato sauce in a recipe for gbeef to go in soft shelled wrap aka burrito .
------
I had another low got an alert from ddoggo.
So had ppj San. for dinner. Next up go check my bs#
I did boil up some eggs and need to check and see if they are cool enough to put in the fridge.

Re: Finally Friday Conga Line PWYC
Just found out today that our closest neighbour's basement flooded 12 days ago. They had a new furnace installed today. This is the third time their basement has flooded since they bought the house 6 years ago. Dh talked to the husband today and the guy wasn't happy. He told my dh that they have cleared everything back to the bare walls and cement floors and intends to keep it like that "from now on". This is the third neighbour that we know of between us and the highway. I'm sure there are more.

Have been out pulling weeds.
Kitchen clean through to drying dishes.
Went out with HRH to pick up some Thai food. When we got it home, portions were small, making him less pleased with that. He felt if we'd eaten there, portions would have been normal, and also in the past portions were larger when delivery. It was a wild hair, sudden and some fun, at least.

Running through and waving on the way to bed. Nothing of note today except that DD had a blood draw. DC had tossed enough darks down the chute to make up half a load of each, and I got them to take care of that load. Look at me, delegating! Spent the evening watching the Guards lose yet again. Alas. But it is pushing midnight here. Sweet dreams to all of you!
