I've had drs say to me that it makes no difference if you get multiple injections on the same day, but then actual experience doesn't always seem to bear that out.

Good morning

My AI personal trainer is congratulating me on doubling my readiness score (from 20is to 50). Taking a rest day yesterday seems to make it happy. I am still not committing to doing what the AI trainer says, but I can't deny that it seems to give some valid recommendations.

Another hot dry day here. 105F ****Yawn**** ****boring****

I've been to the garden several times this morning. I have projects happening and wanted to make progress during the cooler part of the day.

Breakfast was prepared and plates filled with our favorite ingredients.

I continue to monitor DH with particular attention paid to his mental/emotional health. He is such a kind and happy person so I cringe when I read side effect of new meds can be "Irritability, mood swings, anxiety, and aggression—often called "Keppra rage" So far, I haven't seen this. #Hopeful

Reading progress remains slow but it is happening. Currently on 201 of 543 pages

Hadn't posted latest in HOA drama - a recipient of the Friday email emailed dh asking to be taken off the email list since he moved in December. Those folks haven't gotten their contact info to us. Found that the last four edits, if made, were not uploaded to the website, so there's four more former owners. Texted the blonde who's supposed to do it and she's heading out the door....it's okay for me to do if I want. Well I don't know how. Found out that a link she sent me a couple of months ago is the the link to the google sheet that is uploaded somehow. I can do that but haven't had the bandwidth honestly.

I updated from the Rosh Hashana RSVP list and provided info to dh for him to contact those folks by phone, thinking he wanted it right away because he was going to do it, and he just headed out to see a movie with ds.

I talked to dd for 45 minutes - hadn't heard from her in awhile so when she called and was in the mood to talk, we talked.

I started an instacart grocery list. Getting ingredients for kugel too for Yom kippur since we'll be away in between and consulting recipes and pantry.

All that to say that I've made some forward progress.

dd had mom walk to the dryer and had her put her cloths into the dryer -
then she had her walk back to her wheel chair - she is still bent over - it's like a squat - we have to remind her to stand taller. She did it!
she helped me with one of those kiwi packages - we are doing the spider that comes down when it senses someone going by
dd walked with her to the bathroom and then used the Sara steady to get to bed - mom pushed herself back on the bed - yay

I will have to ask helper to help me with getting mom walking - she likes to have mom sit - she is very kind but doesn't have her walk much - she has her walk to breakfast which is great but not the rest of the day.

cute: dd was having mom walk to her bathroom with walker- mom saw a broom next to wall and grabbed it to do work later.

had dd olders soup from yesterday for lunch - very good!

Just met new dog sitter - other one decided to not dog sit this time so this is a college gal who works at our neighbor's office. I think she'll be great.

Five things:
-hang up laundry from dryer and start a second load
-clear breakfast room table
-make the bed
-see if I can actually edit that google spreadsheet
-update calendar in planner (for the week only) from google calendar

That vid. with the opening of the rings on F. C. planner is what I am using.
I got a journal on wire bound that has room to take pages out and cut and re-punch for it.
I cut a slit and they come out with out opening the rings it's quieter.

No mojo for me all day in the p.m. yesterday and this morning.
I did sleep in today until like after six yea!
I did my catch up on faith planner and journals.

Put off my walk until lunch time did a slow walk more of a stroll.
Got a table moved it does not fit very well there so may be putting it back
like tomorrow, and put the narrow desk there instead.

Got the yard mowed this afternoon.
Just put one foot in front of the other today was my plan.
Chatted with the neighbor and gave her the dish cloths I made for her new kitchen.

I did have bfast and lunch.
Rain later on in the day today was my mojo. today.

No rain showed up here yet this evening as of 7:30.
Rain in the forecast for Mon. also.
