I got inspired after finding close out wire bound planner at the store
I am getting pages out of it for my new planner cover these can be refills.
For the year 2026 calendar and 2027 as well as notes goals and ideas
section, and I cut the pages off to be straight and next I'll be punching them
for installing in my planner yea! Luv that especially this last quarter of the year.

I have done a bit of art today too.
Did a shish n swipe in the bathrooms.

Had some crackers and took a ip profin this one had 200 mg.
I did not have any yesterday tummy issues were not good did not want to make that worse.
Plus the dose was 500 mg. on the other and I did not want to nap all day! LOL!

I did an inventory of the chest freezer this morning. Dh has been just putting stuff wherever he wants to. This morning I took all the (reusable shopping) bags out, took everything out of each bag and then reloaded each one. Beef on the left end, then chicken, then pork, then a new bag for produce from our gardens and finally the "garbage" bag. That gets the meat trays and I put them into the regular garbage on garbage day, which is every 2 weeks. Finally, there is also the ice cream that lives on the little shelf over the motor. Just enough room for the 6 tubs of ice cream that we buy every September to see us through the winter. The ice cream place closes in October and reopens in mid March. Right now there is a chocolate, a rum/raisin, a strawberry, a tiger tail and 2 vanillas. I usually get a peach and a grape. They were sold out of peach and we have a partial container of grape in the kitchen freezer. Dh doesn't like the grape, which is why it has survived an entire year. (Reminder to self... eat some grape ice cream!)

Now I have to do the kitchen freezer.

Last night I was in WMart paper aisle looking at paper options. I've been manually cutting typing paper in half to use as daily journal/log and I wanted something different. I ended up getting a steno book (6"x9") to replace my 8x11 half sheets....maybe. ANYway, a total stranger saw me looking in the paper aisle and told me about the school supplies that were in another part of the store where clearances are put. i was intriqued so I went to look. I didn't find anything I needed but WOW. I picked up one notebook that was regularly $4 and it was marked down to .25 cents. People were buying journals, planners, notebooks and other school supplies by the cart load. One lady seemed a little embarrassed by her cart load and said she was using them for prizes at the school carnival.
One of the side effects of actively deluttering is everything I consider buying is judged whether it will become another items to declutter. IYKWIM. I don't want to bring anything else in this house that will only add to the clutter.

Interstitial journaling helps me not lose track of time. I randomly write down the time & what I'm doing. I read that paying attention is both a skill and an art. As a skill, it’s about training our ability to focus. As an art, it’s about developing a sense of the things worth focusing on.

Yes, ability to focus, LadyM. I'd love better focus, although sometimes I have it to the detriment of everything else. I've decided not to go to workout and I'm trying to figure out what the priorities are...

Kitchen freezer has been dealt with. I took beans, red pepper strips and blackberries out to the chest freezer. Now I can see what is in the kitchen freezer. There are 3 packages of hot dogs for dh in there.

Now we are going to dh's regular doctor's appointment.

I've started challah, rebooted laundry, and wiped out the inside refrigerator, still need to check the shelves on the doors. Needed to let it rest a minute. Ours has the beep beep beep when the door is open. Resting a minute. My back is bothering me. I've also pulled out some of the "paper goods."

I have offered to help a neighbor do the meat loaf stuffed squash recipe.
That motivated me to do up my dishes and spiffed up the kitchen.
More to do on the next round.

My ring bound planners came.
I punched the pages from the one.
Another one had an undated planner in it.
I got a blue cover also a rose gold one.
I am pleased with them.
I got two new kinds of pens to try out and am delighted with them as well! :D

Talked with dson a bit.
