Nancy - how old is DGD? DGS's little sister just turned 4 years old and quietly/calmly sits through a whole movie. I haven't taken LO to a movie, because I seriously doubt if he would sit still for over an hour.

Supper was quick and easy to prepare. Fresh fish rolled in spices and cooked in butter. YUM! Garden potatoes steamed and topped with butter. Ditto on squash. Double YUM

Got some weeds pulled and wrote a letter and sent a resume. I know it sounds strange to be doing these things just before my trip, but I don't want the city to get on my case while I am gone and I found a posting that would work for a job. Now I think I will get to packing or cleaning or something.

Evening chores done. I'm watching duck show reruns. I seldom find anything that makes me laugh that much and I'm counting that as a blessing. Elizabeth, I sure hope you find a job soon and I hope your trip is awesome and you come back energized and refreshed. You have been through a trying time with all your changes. Lucy, it'll be good to have you back too. I miss your late night posts.

YIKES!!! Just remembered I ought to subtract out my checking account. Good thing I did too. I would have been overdrawn. A fast transfer fixed it. Unfortunately, I just remembered that I will need to make another transfer to cover the child support check for tomorrow. I have packed some paperwork for the cruise (things like copies of hotel reservations, flights, cruise boarding docs etc). It is all organized in folders. I wonder what else I have forgotten?

I want to CUOP but have only minutes until my new self-imposed bed-line of 11:00 p.m. (I just made that up! Deadline for bed.) Theoretically I will have activities in the a.m. that will work well with some computer time. Nitey nite.
