Morning ya'll...
I'm laughing so hard maybe we would make this a be kind to python day. Actually I've been following the python problem in the Everglades for a while. I've always been a snake girl and raised a few in my life....I cared for an 8' boa when I was living with my girl friend.
I like the story the other day when the Miami Herold interviewed a snake removal guy. He said he can always tell when customer calls about a python by the sound of their voice. The problem is these snakes have no known natural predators, not even alligators. Its bad enough when you live in Florida to wake up in the morning wondering if some alligator has decided to mosey across your yard...now you need to check to see if a 20' snake is following him. Unfortunately burmese pythons bare their young live...so we're talking about 75-100 babies at a time. I see a tv series in the making...Snake hunters
Nancy...I had the same type of conversation not to long ago when Sweetie made some comment about my mopping. I handed him the mop and said "have at it if you think you can do it better than me". Like I've said to him many times before...You lived 15 years on your own before I showed up, so you should know how to do something. This from a man who decided that after 15 years his house drapes might need cleaning....I was coming for my first visit....Thinking like a man he put the drapes in the washer and wondered why they literally fell apart in his hands when he tried to remove them. He forgot to read the cleaning tab which was barely visible to read...It said Dry Clean Only.

Prior to the week of me visiting, Sweetie seemed unusually busy when I called. Now I know why...He was hanging new blinds through out the house and patching walls with paint that didn't match trying to get ready for me. No wonder he keeps telling me that life got better when I showed up. It was a true bachelor pad...mattress on the bedroom floor and an outside glass picnic tables with card table chairs for the kitchen. I like to remind him of that when he starts to grumble at me...which doesn't happen very often
Kathrine...I didn't have trouble getting out of bed, I just didn't WANT to.
Waving to ya'll Errands to run...
