Sounds great, Kathryn!

Big congratulations to Nancy's dgs. Sounds like a refrigerator magnet moment!

Everyone arrived safe, sound and rambunctious. But dd33 has pink eye! yipers. She is on antibiotic drops and wouldn't touch anything. Unsure of this - 3 little children and a mother with pink eye. Hmmm... ...

The boys ate Grandma's turkey burgers and liked them fine. They didn't go over as well with the adults, lol.

We had unexpected company for my ddad just an hour before dd33's family arrived. My throat is sore from all the talking today, loud because of my ddad's hearing and later the children's exuberance.

HRH was bringing groceries in earlier today and left the kitchen door open. I looked up and saw Penny the Rhode Island Red just walking through the house... She is the most adventurous thing.

I had thought we'd go to church Sunday a.m. but dd33 is against it now because of her eye. We'll see.

Very nice evening w dh and dd. we watched "The Bodyguard" and took a break in the middle for omelettes and challah for Shabbat dinner. Dh and dd curled up together on the couch together and are still watching HGTV and snoozing.

Dd reports that roommate told her that "I could cut you and no one would ever know". Dd is pretty creeped out, apparently they had big argument and said a lot of things. Dd has reported threat and is in touch w resident assistant and thinks that either she or roommate will move. Dd says this gal had three roommates last year so perhaps there are some issues there.

I'm glad dd is home to let things cool down. I made an appt for us to get pedicures together tomorrow.

Hi again! I have finally had success in getting the trim for the Barbie dress (just in time to put the project on hold). I will have to make the ribbon roses myself, but it looked easy. I have started the doll dress for my neice. I had a late dinner because I called my parents. Cat care and me care is complete. All that remains is a little more crochet and a mindless video. Tomorrow is cat clinic day. Good night!
