Re: Tuesday PWYC
Finally responding to OKay's first post of the day, very interesting link. Btw, I've been impressed with advice to get up from computer work and move every 20 minutes, even if you have to have a timer at your desk. I think that's a good idea.

First and most importantly... Happy birthday to Kathryn!
After working in that van all day , I came home to do more work...
"Floor in front of BR closet. (My worst hot spot)
The wood room needs to be (ack) dusted.
Pick up my stuff. (Mike is on his own for his stuff~I refuse to touch any of his stuff since he's been "retired")
Spiff the bathroom on Monday night.
Laundry.
Cobweb patrol.
Dust the piano."
I did 4 loads of laundry and I'm working on the bathroom. That's it.

Re: Tuesday PWYC
Happy Birthday Kathryn!
I miss being able to come in here a few times a day, even if just to cuop. I've had two rather long days and am tired enough to get some sleep now.
Waving to everyone.....I miss seeing Dee here too! Hope she and dh are all right.
Harriet, I meant to tell you that I hope things get better for your dd15 at school. I was never a part of the "in" crowd during my high school years and I know it's no fun to be passed over by classmates.
Thinking also of Blessedw2's dd. Hoping things will be better for her also!

Re: Tuesday PWYC
My long day is over. Looking forward to a round of physio and then bed but am currently wired from my meeting and the drive home. Very foggy out.
The dinner and meeting went well. I have to wear a watch at Presbytery because the meeting always seems endless (but isn't.) We were 27 minutes behind schedule at one point and ended up 2 minutes over on time. So that was very good.
I saw my former minister and it was good to get hugs and birthday wishes (and a present!) from her. She asked if I'd like for Presbytery to sing me Happy Birthday and I quickly squashed that idea! I did get cake for dessert, so that felt birthday-like.
Now to start my bed-time routine. It is very long these days with the physio but the physio is obviously needed.

Re: Tuesday PWYC
Forgot to add that Mike did a lot of his own tidying up and he did a lot of dusting.
Not all the laundry got finished, but 4 loads were done. Including the shower curtain and liner.

Re: Tuesday PWYC
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KATHRYN. Sorry, I'm 15 minutes late for that.
Sat. was a big grocery shopping. DH decided we should have his DDad and StepMom to dinner even though I tried to beg off, not up to company these days, but he insisted. Also called his DSis to join us. So Sat. I did all the cooking and some of the cleaning.
Sun I had to help with the baptism at church. Then I finished all the cleaning and got ready for company. It went ok, food was good, and we had a nice visit.
Monday I totally crashed. Got up and DH was all charged up about some book he was reading and going on and on and I just couldn't handle it, so I hung out in the bedroom all day and slept half of that and all night long.
Today I ran some errands and did some shopping. I have such an interesting life.
Hello Dee, I miss you.
Talked with Sunny today. She was at the hospital with her DH. His back pain wasn't doing any better and she finally took him in. I will check J&C and see if she posted.
