You asked yesterday: DGD is in a drop in Cooking camp. She loves it. In fact, the older ones will be going with her some days.
I think it's good for them. She brings home her creations so proud!

Kittykatt - I was right when I thought of you while buying Campanulas:) So pretty! They never bloomed again in my old garden...
She is tired after yesterday's outing.

I never got back here yesterday....
After dropping DGD I drove to Costco. That did it... The crowds ... insanity.
I did my class in the evening. Must remember to pack some small snack - I had to go to the coffeeshop to grab a muffin; I was shaking and sweating - clearly low blood sugar.

Woke a little late - so we'll walk after class with DDog.

Good morning/ good afternoon, KitKat! So glad DPup is back to normal. Iirc, there are several different types of Campanula. Mine are the trailing, spreading variety, that seem to be pretty much indestructible!

You're getting.lots.done,. Trissie. Are all the DKids home from school now?

The front garden turned into a bit of a marathon, but fortunately the Campanula is in the part when the sun touched last. Anyway, it's finally done, there are plenty of new leaves coming through on the Campanula, so it should look happy again in a week or so. I've topped up the bark where necessary , and mulched the climbing rose. And the roses out there have had a good drink, with some specialist rose liquid feed added.

We've just had lunch, and DH has gone back upstairs for a phone call, and I'm in the sitting.room, where it is reasonably cool. We have now reached 30C again, but there's a refreshing breeze, and it's a lot less humid than yesterday. Even so, I'm staying inside for the next few hours, and I'll tackle the back garden this evening.

Morning all. Trissie Way to go ds. I know how much of an accomplishment that is for him considering his school struggles. Now to encourage mine to find something more than gaming to do with his summer.

Ooh campanula. I need to find me some.

I think I have some malva popping up. And something I'm not sure what is. If it's not just a weed. Plus I did find some forget me not seeds. If pansies reseed and everything comes up next year my bed might be getting full .

It's raining here. And I need to go water that strawflower. Or move it to catch some rain. The rest are good.

My red couch is clean and ready to go to my new coworker. She's just moving to her own place. I'm done with it but it still has life left. she can use anything atm.

I need to do some routine stuff. Find something to eat. And maybe I can crochet yet for a few minutes.
