That is awesome that you caught your second flight, helia. I have flown, but so seldom that I am still entertained by "Look! It's a cloud. Down there. Another cloud!"
I have no particular enthusiasm for shopping today, so it might get left for tomorrow. The dollar store doesn't close early during the week, and my interest and energy levels usually peak later in the day.

LOL, I don't know enough about dolphins--or the Cheseapeake delta L.Ann. Given that aquariums keep dolphins in swimming pools, I guess that they don't need the water to be very deep, and it depends more on what food is available there. I'm glad that you got to see them before they start their migration.

I think that charging a cleaning fee is a reasonable and practical idea, Gma. It's hard to picture someone leaving things so that no cleaning at all needed to be done.

I have been mostly lazybones. I did get up and start, which woke Germane up which led to side quests t clean up messes here and there. Next I plan to organize my trips to the basement which will free up space in the apartment and in the locker.

Sunday
Put away dry dishes
Cleaned up after dog
Boiled water and poured it down kitchen sink drain
Washed floor
Cleaned out Germane’s pen
Folded down box and brought it to recycling room in basement
Loaded cart. Realized the box of pee pads was cut right into, so rearranged pee pads so that this box will be next.
Reorganized cart.
Radio show is about to begin.
Got earbuds for phone.
Germane woke up.
Took Germane for her walk
Cooked salmon for Germane
Treats for Germane
Went to basement.
Dropped off bag of garbage
Went to locker room.
Rearranged one locker to fit more boxes in. Made note of nicer pee pads box to bring on vacation.
Worked on emptying box from other locker
Bagged the styrofoam etc.
Flattened little boxes
Left the big box intact
Realized that I was forgetting to bring up poop bags
Went to first locker and rearranged things to get to the poop bags box
Took out a few boxes of poop bags to bring upstairs
Got everything securely on handtruck
Dropped off bag of garbage
Set up my box as a recycling receptacle because the big bins are all full
Brought my poop bags and handtruck upstairs

I'm back! That means I got through the pile on my K table
I know the recommendation is just deal with it once and be done
But my method seems to be,
1st go through it to see what has to be done, so I can organize my thoughts
Then do what can be dealt with easily
Then do the harder stuff
And make a pile for tomorrow (because it's Sunday and there are places not open that need to be called. )
My dneice called in the midst - she asked what I was doing - I told her she was a welcome diversion!

My pile is now small, to be dealt with when offices open on Monday morning.
My shredder has had a snack
My filing box is in order
and the indoor recycle basket will go out to the large outdoor bin.
Along the way, I have rewarded myself with a bowl of kettle corn from yesterday's county fair.

Doggedly it looks like you have ahd a successful afternoon in your storage/ locker area.

I have gotten my hair washed, and made Germane's appointments for grooming and vaccinations.
