mom's bedding is clean and on her bed again - no more dogs - mom like d Gracie to sleep with her but oh the dirt. (if mom wants it then I might have to cover up the other half. labs sure do shed a lot. dd youngers malinois (when here) sheds as well.

I did some work upstairs - dh was sleeping in his chair up in his room. I didn't want to bother him - I will wash his sheets/blankets tomorrow morning.

Trying to feel better today, quiet day

For some reason, was pretty sick last night. the tmi version would suggest something I ate. Although, eating was textbook, high quality produce, good things.

Got up after 11, although I had dragged out of bed briefly at 7, remembering to take care of the sprouts and get them into the window. Just wasn't ready for the day for several more hours.

HRH got some nominal-bland-white choices of food into me, thinking let's do something opposite, so I'm going on bread and potato mostly. Pretty sure there was nothing left for it to join. So far, so good. On the couch watching the Keanu Reevs movie about being an angel.

Will say hello again when I resemble myself , lol

little elevated pet bed beside person bed has worked for our family before, blessed

Home from the river. V grilled burgers and we had lunch then a boat ride. Perfect weather as long as we were moving but hot in the sun when we docked for gas. I moved back under the bimini top for awhile then.

I've already done a quick s2s to get the sweat off and dressed for evening. I need to dry my hair a little and fluff it with the dryer but I'm letting it air dry some first.

I'm pleased that my energy level is staying steady. I've done eleven hourly walks which I think is a big part of staying mentally engaged and getting things done.
I am listening to a class discussing how success can be a stumbling block. It can lead to getting over confident and letting habits slide. I am reminding myself of this fact over and over. I don't want to fear success but acknowledge it can also bring unexpected challenges.
