Oh, Twins! Not the way you want to be spending your vacation!

Called the dentist; they're totally booked -- the appointment I currently have is the first available. I did let them know I'm completely available the next two days, and I'm first on the list if they get a cancellation.

Dinner, I think, will be carrot ginger soup. I'm pretty sure we have all the ingredients, though we'll have to substitute tangerine for orange zest.

Today's wash is in; yesterday's is folded. I should clean up lunch and do my chair exercises next. After that, I'll flip the wash and see where DD would like to go driving. The need to get a license is becoming stronger; the local library has an opening that would be great for DD, but they include a license in their qualifications. And of course, they'll need transportation to just about anywhere if they sign up with a temp agency. Which reminds me -- I should call the mechanic. I think I'll do that before anything else... left a message. And cleaned up lunch and exercised before I could get in again. DD is just eating lunch now, so I don't think she will be ready to drive by the time I have flipped the wash. We shall see.

* sending a dot to Twins to rate her stress level. :) Low, medium, high or off the chart?

LadyM, I thought the same when I saw your post just before Twins'!

Sitting in car waiting for the children after school. A little private victory is that I pulled forward and then backed into a parking spot. Eyesight seems competent.

Ds called to say multiple calls coming in of some difficult nature. So it's nice I can help. DgsW says he has lots of homework but will be over to our house later.

After trying to post 2 more times since this morning, guess where my stress level is? If this third post also doesn't post, I will be even more irked. Cross your fingers and hit "submit"... in 3, 2,...

Hmmm... maybe short, silly posts are the way to go. I had written a long post about our past 3 or 4 days. I guess it was too boring to get posted. LOL!

Cathy, do "save" or "copy" your posts when you can because we really do want to see them!

I did get a callback, but not yet a resolution.

When I posted from the car on phone I hit no bad screens at all. I have no idea why it was easier at that time, on that device.

Laundry is finished, folded. I believe I have no more for the week.

DgsW and dgdC came by. W is limping with a hurt knee and missed getting to play in his ballgame yesterday evening. I'm sure his mother is all over this and he'll be fine. We chatted about it being more difficult for him to take tests in first year hs.

LadyM, the owie of the pickup is disappointing. He wasn't hurt? That's the important thing. So sorry about that and can certainly understand the stress reaction.

Mystery, you are wise to get "on the radar" of the office and perhaps manage to get an appt. I hope so. The office must be very popular/busy. Best wishes on mechanic.

Lauralind, thanks for keeping us posted on the imminent arrival! Yes, comfy baby. I know you are so excited, though.
