Real Life has been ghastly the past week or so for me, hence my absence. But things are improving, so I'm back here and getting caught up on the house.

Best wishes to all who need wishes, and prayers for all who need prayers. I don't usually post responses to people, but I do read their posts and hear their needs.

Cathyy Sorry life has been so ghastly for you. Hope things are looking up.

Ok, three more accounts are done, so I've done over half. Unfortunately, 2 were the easy ones.

Three more to go. I'll try dh's retirement account next but first I should eat some lunch. Not that I haven't been snacking all morning....

Back from the financial advisor and from lunch. As always, I got homework from him. I need to redo my will post-divorce, determine my monthly investment plan, and consider rolling over an orphan fund. The check that XDH gave me for my part of the house is now invested.

The maids are cleaning my house right now. I remembered to put out the check for them.

Wow. Ghastly weeks. ((Cathyy)) Horrendous yesterday and tough morning. ((Harmony)) ((bsweet and dmum)) ((Harriet)) - energizing thoughts being sent your way. Hopefully, no medical appointments for a while? ((HUGS)) to others I have surely missed. I hope the last details are coming together for Kathryn.

Ghastly. I haven't heard that word for a while.

Class was finished early today b/c the grad student had an appointment. She did a great job, though. I think I learned more from her than I do from the regular prof!! Um, we only got through 7 verses though, and 2 of them I thought we had done last week, so I think I'm still 14 verses ahead. . .

Alright, now to turn my attention to the house - and I need to do some prep for moms group tomorrow. The teachers will sit up front as a panel to address some questions. We gathered questions beforehand, and we've each been assigned one to address tomorrow morning. I need to prepare mine - just 3-5 minutes. But the women will throw us other questions too during the morning, for which we won't be able to prepare. Two of the other teachers are phenomenal extemporaneous speakers and have either formal or informal counseling training, so do well in getting deep, down to the issues brewing in one's heart that may underlie behavior/feelings, etc. I am sometimes OK at this but not as gifted as these two. The fourth teacher is more like me.

Hello dear ladies,

Another cloudy day here, there is rain in the air and it is chilly.

Have a wood fire going today.

Seem to have hit my afternoon slump and will take a short nap in just a few minutes.

Just wanted to cuop and wave to all.

Work at WM today too.

I typed a post yesterday and hit submit. It didn't go because of one before mine.

I had two FYI's - Charles dickens goodle doodle and full snow moon.

I'm learning alot about my breathing.

I forgot to share a funny thing. Tuesday is my regularly planned day for collecting and changing towels throughout the house. Usually, I wash towels and bedding on Tuesdays. Well, yesterday was busy with the extra errands (haircut, picking up the van in neighboring village, getting chicken feed, etc.) so I didn't get to this task. This morning, dh changed his own towel anyway. I thought that was kind of funny.

I hope the breathing is getting better, Indiana.

Boy, it reads like we need a big group hug around here.

I've just finished that paperwork for DH. One lady said, oh, just add this line to mine, yeah just just just cut and paste and print, ... I do my work and everybody elses it feels like. Well, I hope we get something out of this. Crossing fingers.

2nd LOL is hanging, 1/2 of laundry from past couple days folded and put away. I can't keep up.

My desk looks wonderfully empty and neat. If one doesn't look behind the door and see the filing piled up.

Guess I'll go see about dinner. I put meat out to thaw but had no time, that'll have to be tomorrow's dinner.

I didn't keep working on data entry, I decided I really needed to go to the pharmacy to get the Cipro. And to the bank to deal with the dormant account. While I was out, I had shoe shopping success and picked up certificate paper for dh. I remembered sunscreen at the last second.

I think I'm all done the shopping for the trip. I hope so. The medical kit is the most important since we won't have access to pharmacies.

My back is killing me so I'm taking a break before starting to cook dinner.

Lunch is done.
Dishwasher has been unloaded.
I did my exercise on the ex. bike today as it's cloudy and cool out here today.
Dgd is napping down stairs on the couch.
H. dosed off in the chair upstairs.
I do not feel very productive here today.
