blessed, your decision is a toughie but so well thought-out. I knew when you said how hard it was even to get a parking space for school this time, and then said your prayers were for ddyounger in school that a few of these thoughts were tugging at you. Didn't realize you would make this change, but it sounds like it is so wise. Your daughters are already proud of you - they could hardly increase the amount. It will be a treat to get to hear what you are tackling at home each day.
I guess you can learn how to do many different things on the internet now, Nancy, and hatching eggs is one! There are people around here who will sell hatching eggs (and chicks), but I think I will probably just keep an eye out for another pullet or too since I already have these grown ones. We'll probably go through the winter better with all the same size who can hold their own with each other.
I am trying to decide how long I will bother to keep the thin post-it strips checking off completed chores. I mean, I can't keep them forever. It has been helpful to stick them onto the back or onto another card to save, and takes less than a second, proves to me I've been keeping up with everything. Still, I don't need them.
As usual the Errands card is the one I am most frustrated with. I might as well have an errand card for every day. Somebody has to go through some store daily, it seems. If I'm not getting HRH to stay home while I go, I'm having to ask him to stop while he's out.
Trash Day card is up tomorrow! Anyone else need that reminder?

Harriet I've been putting a lot of time in on-line chicken learning!
Not sure how smart it is going in to fall w/ chicks but by spring hoping they will be egg laying! I also want to learn how to hatch chicks out so I can sell some in the spring as well around Easter time and for kids to have for the fair. There is a good market here for that.
Got watering done in the back.
Dinner is done.

thank you dharriet...dd is still so unhappy...junior year is such a hard time to transfer and as she tends to be a listener more than a talker a(she doesn't realize that she is not conversing as much as listening) and everyone has their own friends it's hard for her to find her spot. i have been praying really hard for dd to be open and have God guide her. I wish she would join the math club or science as I think she would find like minded people and hope she practices her golf so she can join the golf team for senior year. Asking God for guidance and for dd to find good friends. older dd went through a really hard time in high school and now has great friends but has also learned how to cope (most times

) part of age. I wish she could have the typical fun high school experience; not the bad things but a group of good friends, dances, foot ball games and activities at school. I am asking God to give her hope and guide her. Also I am asking God to guide me.
dd said I should have kept up with school
I also think you know when you will need the cards and not (esp. if you are keeping up with things). I remember Pam and Peggy saying that they didn't need certain cards any more as they were part of their mental routine.
great job on processing the mail dnancy.
