Good morning! I am working on a equipment list at payroll. Tonight, I will eat at church and go to the Stations of the Cross. I have never done that before and don't know exactly what to expect, but I will find out. Tonight, it is vital that I do some clean up in the LR. It looks like a bunch of 11 year olds had a painting party and there are stuffed animals that need to be put away. I should also look into some issues with my compiler at home. Some good news: a friend is in town from FL and we are having lunch. This means that the lunch I brought today can be eaten tomorrow and I don't have to pack one tonight. I am getting a strange urge to COOK. However, my freezer has so many frozen meals that it is not practical yet. I have another two weeks before I can cook again. I have even found two recipes I want to try.

TaDas!
x Tarjay trip; I think I have everything I need for Easter baskets.
x everything put away
x lunch
x wrote up minutes to moms group steering comm. meeting last week and emailed them out
x email to one of the church secretaries checking the day I'd like to schedule our moms group cleaning party and reserving the gym for the kids to run around in. It will be our turn to deep clean the nursery rooms next month since we are one of the ministries that uses them on a weekly basis. (4 rooms: infants, Toddler 1, Toddler 2, T3)
Next:
-strip dgirls' beds and get their sheets going
-change to work out; it is now gray outside. Where did our sunshine go? Temps are still fine, but I might go to the gym anyway.
-greet dgirls when they get home

Errands are done and I am in better humor, thankfully! Got my eggs free since they rang up the wrong price. Wasn't aware of that policy, I just wanted to be charged the correct amount. Made my own version of half-caf coffee today using equal amounts of decaf and regular coffee...it works!
Sorry for my complaining earlier. I do know that as long as no one in the family is deathly ill or dying, everything else is fixable. Certainly, my problems are small if all I have to worry about are remodeling/decorating issues. Not saying that's all I worry about, but that is what set me off earlier!

(((ItNeverEnds))) I resemble your post but mine is back/knees/whatever.
I'm slipping into a foul, foul, mood and can't stop myself.
Spent an hour getting my computer to work again. Updates I did last week had caused assorted software/hardware glitches and I finally gave up and did a system restore back to before the updates. That had the effect of wiping out my antivirus and restoring that messed up my email program. All seems to be working but I'm sure I'll find something not working soon.
I did get to choir, picked up the mail and have vacuumed the upstairs (did that while my computer was restoring itself.)
Dh has switched Chinese to tonight so I'm having the second last of my beef/rice chowder servings from the freezer. We are babysitting tomorrow night and will be feeding the boys. I figure we'll have pancakes and maple syrup although dh doesn't want to 'waste' our syrup on the boys!
That reminds me, I have to get the kitchen table cleared off so we can eat there. And find a place for them to play with the Lego since the tv room is now full of stuff we are getting rid of.

Waving from Thursday . Internet and my computer had trouble getting it together yesterday so I didn't get here later to post Wednesday quotes. (I gather them in my morning)

Scattered - that one is a favorite of many. If only the mental health decision makers took that as the definition.
- or maybe its just as well they don't - or how many might see the inside of a locked ward. Or maybe then insanity wouldn't be a loss of social privileges condition. Though the reality is its only when it upsets others enough and is considered a danger. OK - I'm altogether too serious for this time of day. Maybe its that todays last session w pdoc before he takes long service leave - and I see another someone currently unknown to me. Always a little scarey.

Slight change of plans for tomorrow night - I'll have 5 'boys', the three kids of our church musician, ds and dd's godbrother. So we'll be having steak (and I'm checking to see if the young boys like steak or if I need to buy hotdogs for them.)
No sap ran today, it didn't get cold enough overnight last night and may not tonight either.
I'm off to do a round of physio and then I'll go to bed early.

Hello everyone.
Not much to report around here. I'm in a funk, feeling lazy, COLD, just not wanting to do things...
But I did make out some checks, file some papers, write out a card. I went to the bank, returned a couple things to a store. Helped DH a little bit with some truck repairs, jump-started the battery, helped him install new headlight (complicated these days). Made the leftovers for dinner.
Precious little for a whole day. Really bad mood here. Guess I'm just preoccupied with stuff. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. We're in the middle of this cold snap. My fingers are stiff.

Laughing at myself -- I'm talking to my girls about Macbeth, and I just realized that last week? or so, I was amusing myself here with Shakespearean references, which I attributed to Macbeth. However, they were solidly Hamlet. . . . LOL!!! SO, I'm correcting myself. I have NO idea what I was thinking last week. I certainly know the difference between those two. I hope Harriet sees my correction here.
