Good morning, world! And especially good morning to our little village!
Okay, I must say I envy you that 5-hour sleep cycle. I think I am partly adjusting to dh’s schedule, but I also believe I really need about 9 hours sleep every night! It probably has a lot to do with the Paxil, too, now that I think of it. But honestly, I could probably sleep round-the-clock if I let myself. On average, though, 8-9 hours seems to be my natural sleep cycle. I guess that’s “normal” but I wish I could wake up earlier and feel refreshed.
(((
Harriet))) for bad sleep, too.
(((BIG HUGS))) for
Mr. Dee, and you,
Dee. I hope you get some better news and you both do get to go see the movie w/dgs – sounds like a fun outing that would do you both good!
Dmom told me to call her this morning and remind her to send a card to dfriend in her SS class who was just talking about her husband being so discouraged. He has Parkinson’s disease. Dmom and I understand sooo well what she is facing with that, after watching my dgdad battle that disease for so long.
Harriet – I absolutely HAVE TO print a hard copy of my Excel sheet. I keep it on my bathroom counter w/my cardfile and my little 5x8 journal/to-do list. I just cannot operate well from the computer. I’d end up sitting here all day long if I tried to use the computer that way, LOL! No, I need that checklist in front of me every minute of the day. (Not that I spend my entire day in the bathroom, LOL, but that is sorta my personal office space, too. I do my daily Bible reading there, and I keep all my SHE stuff there.)
I had to smile at
Lilac’s dd’s going-away… sounds like my dparents back in the day…
(Seldom happens here, b/c dh is so OCD).
(((
Lynlee))) I am just so sorry you are having so much to deal with with this fracture.
Oh – today’s question – well, I multitask with the machines, too. Very proud of myself right now – sheets are in the washer. Sometimes – when I remember! – I try to do dusting, ironing, etc. while on the phone.
I need to go out and walk, but first I MUST take care of this dratted insurance stuff. Grrrrr…
Waving to
helia,
Twins,
Kathryn…
Single tasking would be an improvement for me. Multi-tasking currently is a pie-in-the-sky dream.
Oh yes… I resemble THAT remark…
Nancy – I like napping while listening to tv, too… yes… very common multitasking activity here…
(((
LO)))
Waving to
MT… travel safe!!!
We’ve been over this before but let me ask again –
Nancy – your journals are NOT for posterity or anything, right? It seems like you throw them out rather regularly. I probably should focus on that task now that I’m retired. I need a shredder.
