MGM is Disney, Helia. We plan to be there this Tuesday and then again next Saturday (15th), Sunday 16th, and Monday 17th. DD plans to pick up DS-A & family on Monday night around 10/10:30. They're staying at the Caribbean Beach resort on Disney property and we're staying at "All Sports". Next weekend we're staying at Pop Culture on Disney property. If you're staying at a Disney hotel be sure to ask for your "Magic Bands". Guess you can use them at any Disney park for anything. Got ours in the mail. Left the fast passes to dd and ddil. :? :D

DD has gone to visit gd15 and I elected to stay home as my tummy & I are have frequent flyer status to the bathroom today. Would not have seen gd at any rate, but waited for 2-3 hours in the car. GD doesn't want dd to bring anyone else with her.

I agree, Harmony -gray day but not too cold. Rainy off and on, but at least it isn't that shovel stuff.

Guess I should do my laundry so I can pack for overnight Monday. Helia, the weather is supposed to be in the 70's all week so at least you won't come for some of our 'winter'.

Oh, I was off by a week, Dee. We'll be at Disney Pop Century Resort Feb. 19 - 22. Is that where you'll be? Will we overlap at all?? Oh my goodness! THAT would be SO wild if we did!

Oh, that was so close. . . too bad.

I've procrastinated enough now. I'm off to the groc. store. Dh brought dd15 home. I cleaned up the kitchen. Dh is now meeting with ds, and he'll be coming home to use a car to go shoe shopping afterward. I should have gone to the gym earlier b/c now I won't have time. I'll have to choose between seeing ds and exercising -- and I will choose to see ds. . .

I'm still at this darn desk. I changed and printed a couple forms for our small group. We're starting a new one tomorrow.

Also printed up my minutes I didn't get to the other day. I don't know why this stuff takes me so long. It just eats up my day.

(Dee) I hope you feel better. Nancy's DH too.

Going out to clean up the back porch now.

Can't get on via computer so will try phone. Busy with new dog, taking her for grooming. Also getting ready for Deacon meetings.

Internet is frustrating here. It works, it doesn't, it works, it is slow, then it is down.

I'm exhausted. The bed is hurting my back. I'm restricted on what I can do here because I'm in someone's home. I'm not a happy camper.

Oh, and the weather is appalling on the only two days we have to explore the countryside.

Six more days until I'm home. Can't wait.

Hello to everyone!!!

We had a nice time yesterday... dgs was a pretty good boy, but several hours in the car, plus several hours in his stroller, plus several hours in the car back home, all added up to a long day. DS also was afraid he got a little loud at the show, and prefers we not take him tonight. Which is fine with me. All that added up to a long day for NANA too!!! I'll be keeping dgs at our house tonight and dh is accompanying ds & ddil -- IF she is feeling better. She has been keeping close company with her bathroom, too, Dee. (((HUGS))) for Dee.

Also talked to dmom yesterday; she was having a good day the day before, when she didn't return my call. She had gone to get a haircut and then visited dfriends. She and the woman went to C racker B arrel for lunch/dinner? and had a very nice time.
I told her she could make the trip with us last night, but I didn't expect her to want to get out in the cold and everything -- which she didn't -- but she said she REALLY appreciated me asking and that she DID want to do some of these things with us someday... Must remember to be my own mistress... remain serene and calm... She and dh are just NOT going to agree on travel times. No way she will be happy to be coming home at 1:00 a.m. like we did last night, or 2:00 a.m. like they will tonight... and no way will dh agree to stay over a night and add a day's travel to the trip. * sigh *
But... that is long into the future... I must not borrow trouble.

I still have not s2s. I have just been totally exhausted today. But I must s2s and make a trip to CVS before dgs arrives.

(((Harmony))) on disagreeable desk work.

We've had some snow flurries and sleet/freezing rain/something like that -- but obviously, too little to speak of, or to really identify. I think the sun came out for a while this afternoon. But it's a good day to wrap up in a blanket and sleep; that's for certain. I'd rather be in Disneyworld, I think. If it were free... ;) And if I didn't have to travel to get there.

Hope dh feels better soon, Nancy!

So sorry to hear MT & Kathryn are having such computer difficulties! And sorry to hear Kathryn is so tired of her trip, too! (((HUGS))) for ds! Hope y'all find a way to get that deposit resolved!
Tomorrow is another day.
