I'm feeling somewhat more energetic this morning....again couldn't sleep so got up and wrote down to-do stuff.

I've already made a dental appt for 2 p.m. today about the mouth pain. I can't stand this coming back again.

DH is out of town until Thursday evening. Just me and dkids this week. DD asked last night about us doing something fun today and I asked her to suggest something. Of course, she didn't get up until 2:30 yesterday so that limits what we could do...

OMM today:
-temple board meeting
---email
---budget
---agenda
-My Sister
---call nursing home
---call attorney
-another temple DPC
-email drabbi's wife
-pansies and mulch outside
-what else?

I ended up just figuring yesterday was a day off - somehow after the socializing on Friday, Sat night and all day on Sunday I needed it.

I need to get stuff done today tho, and most of a.m. routine isn't even started....
-meds/vitamins, and refill box
-s2s
-kitchen counters
-email re: temple board meeting
-email drabbi's wife

Hello.....what a difference from yesterday. The sun is shining, the temp is 63*. It's hard to believe weather people are still talking about snow and cold weather in our northern states. This winter surely has been a hard one for many!

Morning routine is almost done, then it's time for lunch. After that I have a couple of desk projects I want to finish. We don't have any outside errands to do. So I won't be so busy this afternoon.

Dee...it takes us about 1 1/2 hours to get across the bay to Auburndale where my dmom's cousin lives. So we thought to get there about 11:30-noon if that's ok? We don't want to be going back through Tampa later than 3 to 4pm in that traffic.

Well, dh is ready for lunch.....bbl

We'll be there by 11:30 but take your time, Sunny. Color me excited! Another She meet-up! Can't blame you -I hate being in rush hour especially in your direction.

Sunny, I do hope we get some great weather soon. We had hard rain all day on Sunday and then overcast and misty rain off and on yesterday. This morning is overcast again and mid forties although supposed to end up partly cloudy and 61.

-answer DPC email already
-set up temple budget in an excel worksheet
-try to set up online access for new checking account
-deal with 10 pieces of paper

Dental appt in 1:15 hours, probably won't get through this...

Popping in. .

Today:
x got self up and ready
x finished unloading and reloading dw; wiped kitchen counters (I couldn't stand it anymore)
x 20 minute semi-organized brain dump on my next moms group teachings
x gathered items for tutoring and teaching team meeting
x tutored 9 - 10:30; needed to talk to my supervisor afterward. I had 8 students today, 2 just walked in and joined my group. I thought the supervisor had sent them to my group. The supervisor said she'd never seen them before in her life. . . LOL!!
x teaching team meeting - got there late, around 11:10
x home around 1 pm; had lunch
NOW

What to do next? I am tired so I'm thinking of a nap while the girls are out. I didn't sleep well last night b/c dh has a bad cold and he didn't sleep well. Also, it's been a busy 2 days so far this week. However, I should go for a jog since it looks like it will be raining tomorrow and today is sunny and beautiful.. . . I am behind on laundry and should get that started.

I think I'll start a lol and then lie on the sofa for a little bit.

Later:
- leave at 4:15 for dd15's oboe lesson
- supper: not sure if we're doing dinner dates with the girls or not. If not, I want to get the sauce made up before I take dd15 to her oboe lesson.
- dd15 has to be at the school at 7:15 for concert. I'll just stay to watch her band perform.

Lost connection after picking up email so haven't CUOP.

Email included a note that our application for the apartment has been accepted. If I wasn't feeling ill from the motion of the car, I'm now a bit ill that this move is now reality.

I've not got much done on this drive because of motion sickness. On the way down I pared down my in-box by 2/3 (it had crept back up during the cruise) and today I managed to update chits into Quicken. We've only stopped twice, once for gas and once for a snack for dh. We'll stop for groceries in 15 minutes. The drive has gone really smoothly. It has only been 5 hours so far.

I'm going to try and connect again now. There was no point for the last 30 minutes because I was next to the border and my system kept trying to connect to the US service.

Home now. Groceries put away. We took 6.25 hours including the groceries and stopping for mail. A record. The key is not stopping for me to buy something to eat. Instead, I went to the bathroom while the car was being gassed up.

Dh is going for pizza now and then he'll go to work for the evening (at home.)

My knee is out (3 days of sitting) so not sure what I'll do this evening. We picked up a dozen boxes at the grocery store. They are all 18" cubed and can't possibly be overpacked. I'm looking for stickers to go on the outside to colour code them by room. I can buy packing tape with the room names on it but that's expensive and regular coloured tape would be awkward compared to stickers.
