Two prayers written. Three more to go (plus the sermon but my deadline for tomorrow is just the prayers.)

I've packed away all the dog leashes and the dog from across the street is back on our property again. Dh is constantly taking pictures and emailing the owners with proof as the amount she is over here. Personally, I'd rather lure her to the deck with a treat and then hold her here until the bylaw officer comes. Our neighbour behind us is annoyed too (the dog cuts through our property to hers) because her grandkids are afraid of dogs.

Yes, here too, Dee!
Does anyone else have that syndrome of "not being able to get into it, once I've gone out & away?"
Ds' morning trek to work is playing havoc with me. This morning he had to go to the main office of the biz to get his entry card set back up, then he wanted a quick stop at Starbucks across the street, then on to drop him at his workplace and finally back home, where I didn't want to do anything after being in the car about 1.5 hrs including waiting for him.

Just walked ddogs. Macs is doing well - he wanted to walk and seemed to mostly enjoy it. I got the chance to speak to the building supervisor guy who was at the house just started at the end of the block - they still have not taken a look at our leak in the big window in our breakfast area. The paint bubbled and caulk has pulled loose but we haven't seen more water or damage, but it has to be fixed! He told me the day he looked at it that they found that a house with this floor plan had a lot of water damage in this particular area so I'm anxious for them to fix it. Debating whether to talk to owner of company this evening at homeowners meeting - I am beyond frustrated!

I need to unplant my tushie...where's the BGS?

I got up at 5 a.m., & after breakfast, etc.. slept from 6:30 - 9:30 a.m. Then I stacked firewood for about 12 - 13 minutes. I got my clean jeans & turtleneck dirty. This wasn't a "planned" wood stacking. Just spur of the moment to help the guys out. Haven't done it in years! Came in for deodorant, Icy Hot, to change clothes. Will be doing laundry, after DH is done up in the woods. Need to re-make the bed. Hang up clothes, get back to putting titles on my outline forms, & want to get in some stretching.

I love my new dining room table's "look". White placemats with flower vines on them & in the middle of the table, on an oval reed placemat is a slanted clear glass picture with a handle & I put a large sea shell next to it. It looks fresh & summery. So pretty! I love doing stuff like that.

My timer's about to beep off. I gotta go! It's WAY TO GO WEDNESDAY for me, in my office on my display card thing. ;)

Hello Dear Ladies,

We had rain in the night, didn't hear it so it must have been a soft gentle rain. Still cloudy here.

Shoulder/arm is a little sore today, I've really been working on trying to get my arm behind my back. Found a pulley move that helps with it but muscles are sore from it. Spent an hour doing exercises for my shoulder/arm.

Feeling a little down and lack motivation. Think it is just all the stuff happening. Think I will feel better once Dson18 sees the cardiologist, or worse maybe, just depends. And this week is the final week for many of our co-workers. They start at the other store next week, and will miss working with them. And one of my friends is 75 and out with a leg problem. Just doesn't get better and she has to see a specialist and wonders if she can come back to work. She wants to return to work but her health is heading downward. I don't know, I miss her too. And Dson26 is leaving and that is big topic of conversation around here too. I will miss him but hate hearing that he's leaving all the time, like lets enjoy the time we have right now.

Work day for me so gotta get ready.

Great day to all!

Definitely have problem doing any housework tasks after I've been gone for part of the day, Dee... and dmom has expressed that feeling many times, as well.
Of course, dmom and I both have problems at the moment doing ANY tasks ANY time. For different reasons.
Mine is just lack of energy/motivation, having dh underfoot all the time, AND living on "Elvis time" w/dh...
Dmom's is... poor health and depression, IMHO. Just don't know what on earth to do about that.

However, re: last night's post re: dmom...
First thing this morning, she called to apologize for the way she acted last night. I didn't really think she needed to apologize, but I don't know... I was glad to get some sort of explanation. She said she just woke up "mad at the world" yesterday and the day had sorta gone downhill from there, I guess.
Do y'all think that is normal? Harriet? After a YEAR... she's still buried in paperwork, still avoiding church, cancelling hair appointments, lying on the couch watching Gunsmoke all day???
What do I need to DO??? What CAN I do???

For my part...
Today I did get up and s/s kitchen & baths, and put away a load of laundry. I need to go out and walk.
Also need to do some WHB & Zone work.
AND dgs will be here soon for an hour or so.
AND dh will want to visit dmil after the Braves game.

Yeah. Lack of motivation/energy... that's me.
Tomorrow is another day.

A little progress. In fact just one more prayer to go but it is like pulling teeth. Got tired of staring at the blank screen so went and read a magazine while eating too many baked cheetos.

I have a feeling that it will take until late tonight before I get writing regularly. It is a pleasant day outside and I'm tempted to nap in my chair. The bug screens aren't up but I do have a portable one I can use.
