:D Ten things?
Hmmm...
 1. walk -- no go... dgs was VERY uncooperative about riding in his stroller, and ds didn't have time to stick around and walk with me... so
... 1. B. walk away the pounds
 2. set up wading pool -- no go... pool had a crack in it...
 3. play w/dgs in wading pool -- see above...
:D 2.3. B. walked around yard and named things w/dgs
:D 4. s2s
:D 5. Bible reading
:D 6. bake cookies -- in progress
:D :? 7. call dmom -- she would have liked for me to have brought her a piece of cake from local cafe... but they closed in less than an hour, and I had not s2s yet AND had just started cookies...
* sigh * I feel like a bad daughter... she assured me I wasn't... I'll take her some cookies later, maybe... and she asked if Thursday I could follow her to glass place to have her windshield replaced in Tahoe. I can do that, so I'm not a total waste of a daughter.

Also so far...
:D read a few short books to dgs
:D gave him juice and peanut butter crackers and Cheerios

:D 11. call dsgm
:D 8. go to dsgm's house and deliver cookies/pick up pants she mended for me
... 9. dust bedroom, 15 min. focus there b/c I skipped last week
... 10. wrap dgs's bday gifts
--
Ooohhh... I've got a bunch more things...

:D 12. deliver florist's bill to dbil (re: dmil)
:D 12. B. made another trip to florist
:D 12. C. phone call back to dbil
... 13. call daunt
... 14. 15 min in master bath focus
:? 15. transfer pictures from phone & camera to computer -- in progress
... 16. upload pictures to Wmart site
... 17. water plants

I have a Very Rough night, so I don't understand (quite) b/c I'm sleep deprived, if I'm supposed to write 10 things I have DONE or I'm going to DO. Well, nevertheless,
I HAVE DONE THIS:
1. Got up to take generic Zantac & Thyroid pill at 3:43 a.m.
2. Got a bed jacket on, extra pillow, for elevating my upper body, with a big plastic bowl, so I could try to sleep.
3. Much later, I got up, ate, had pills & 1 supplement.
4. I called the Dr. office, to set up an appt. for a check-up & referral to a Gastric Dr. for an H. Pylori, but I can't take anti-acids for a week prior to the test.
5. I actually s2s, like I SHOULD in the a.m.'s anyway! :!: :) (Clean Gma now!) ;)
6. Put dirty laundry in the utility room basket.
7. Put dried-in-the-dryer-still-towels on our bed.
8. Took some Pepto-Bismol.
9. Told DH he needed to re-plug, after unplugging, the modem, so I could get a connection.
10. I sang a sweet song, b/c I was happy I got my connection.

TO DO:
1. Fold those TOWELS on the bed! X - Done!!! :)
2. Wash 2 lol X - 1 LOL started - #2 sorted :)
3. Trim my fingernails & put moisturizer on. X -Done :)
4. Log a handwritten story today b/c if I'm going to go to the Gastric Doc, in case there are further tests, I won't know if I'll feel good enough or have time to write more stories. Thinking ahead.
5. Answer cousin-in-law's email. X - Done! :)
6. Read an email from a group I belong to. X - Done! :)
7. Write dear cousin-in-law's snail mail letter. X - Done! ;)
8. Write DH a Costco list & grocery list. X - Done! :)
9. Get out a.m. clothes, set dawn simulator. X - Done! :)
10. Sort the mail, put out hot spots. X - Done! :) :)

It'll probably be a pretty laid back take-care-of-myself day, keeping things running along, but it's not hard b/c DH & Dgs pick up after themselves, too, pretty much, feed themselves, & Dgs's having a great visit.

I loved the opener! :D Have a Super Tuesday's Tens Day, Everybody! :D

A near disaster happened at LO swim lessons today. Mason is a friend of LO. Mason's big sister is taking swim lessons the same time as LO. Mason and his Mother was waiting/watching in a nearby fenced in structure with the rest of us while swim lessons were happening. Then Mason walks out of the fence in structure and goes stands by the pool and starts talking to LO while his lessons were ongoing. I found myself wishing Mason's mother would make Mason come back where he was suppose to be and leave LO alone, but I didn't say anything. After about 10 minutes of Mason standing next to the pool, he suddenly decides to jump into the water over his head!!!! Mason can't swim and goes under. Things happened very fast....... Another Mother jumped over the chain-link fence and dived into the water and pulled Mason out. The entire thing couldn't have taken more than 30 seconds. It happened so fast. I have great admiration for the quick action of that Mother who cleared the fence and dived in without a thought. Afterwards, she acted like it was nothing and said she used to be a lifeguard. There were 4 lifeguards in the pool when it happened but they didn't see Mason jump in because they were focused on teaching swim lessons. All's well that ends well I guess but I'm zapped from the experience. That was a bit too much excitement for me......and renews my determination to make sure LO has the skills necessary to survive in the water.

Oh my... that is so scary, OKay!!! Glad everything is okay.
Cookies are done. I have 3 doz. minus 1 -- that's just the way it came out -- I haven't eaten any!
Now... to divide 3 doz. 4 ways... ds will want some, dh will want some, and dmom has called for some. And I started making these b/c of dsgm. I should have bought another package of cookie dough.
Oh well... probably don't have to take dsgm a full dozen. 9 might be enough. Hmmm....

Think perhaps DS-R and DDIL & dgs9 are coming out this evening. Think today is dgs' last day of school. Graduation for most schools is this weekend. DS's birthday is today -49 years ago I know where I was. What a day that was! So glad he's here and me too. I had stopped breathing for a time -nurses gave me ether to slow contractions because the Dr. wasn't there yet -he was anything but happy at that point. I'm so glad I got to experience his growing up and his becoming a man we totally love and respect.

Dee , You're lucky to have a such nice & good dfamily such as yours, too. :D :D

ALSO, Thank You for the opener of Tuesday's Tens b/c after a rough night, it's what I NEEDED to have posted in order to get moving & get some things done, although I'd ended up getting rest after the wee a.m. hours. The 10-dealy-bobber works out GREAT! :!: It's encouraging, inspiring, & motivating. It's so fun to look through EVERYBODY'S LISTS, too! :P I like it & as Martha would say, "It's a GOOD thing."

I only have 3 items to do on my list, then I'm done. I might take in what I've done so far, then look around, to see if I need to do more, so I can write another 10-ta-da list later on, too. Like for afternoon-evening time.

DH got his Costco list discussed with me, written down by me, so he & dgs will go out tomorrow, after they do firewood. Thursday, maybe they'll go to the grocery store, depending if I have any prescription to pick up. Don't know if Dr. will want to try me out on a med before I go to the Gastric Dr. or not. I was on 2 medications the summer of 2013, for Gastritis. Since it's recurred this summer again, he might feel it's time for a referral. Also, with the weight loss, bloat, loss of appetite, etc... I feel like something's 'going on', but just don't know if it's ONLY stress or is an infection. I'm scared to take a test, where they put stuff down your mouth/throat into the stomach, but a Gal's gotta do what a Gal's gotta do, right? :?:  The outcome & main reason for tests, is to feel better down the road & to rule out anything more serious. (I'm still a "bit scared".) :o
