I enjoyed your wisdom posts, Ladies.
My wisdom is from FlyLady, too. Do it now! Procrastination is from perfectionism. A peaceful-looking uncluttered environment means peace in the home and in our minds, as well. Putting out hot spots is a good thing to do daily, as well as to declutter for 15 minutes a day, throw away "stinking thinking,"

and remember to pace, which means baby-stepping our days, so we don't crash and burn. Some of these things are from P & P, too, and also, I've read similarities at health websites, for people who have arthritis, depression, or fibromyalgia or anything, pacing and baby-stepping is good. Also, a wisdom is to move, exercise, and it helps with feel-good endorphins, which means we feel better in our minds, we bless our hearts, and we're better about to kick "stinking thinking" to the curb because we love ourselves, first, and then it melts on into our dfamilies, pets, and home.
I slept in until 9 a.m. That's late for me, but got my s2s, shampoo, and eyebrows on.

I washed 1 LOL, am trying to do ONE LOL daily, so I'm not doing 4 and overdoing.

I'm running the DW now. I dusted and dust mopped the bedroom and walk-in closet. I re-decorated the bedroom, too.

I wrote a dfriend a letter, took recycle from my small office, to DH because he was standing at the recycle bin. He held the lid open, I threw the bag in, and it's nice to have it done. Tomorrow's garbage/recycle day. I dumped trash and put in a fresh tall kitchen bag into the tall kitchen garbage can in the pantry, too, to help DH out. I rewrote the grocery list. I was cranky because of a weight gain this a.m. and took it out on DH, but later apologized to him, saying "It's my responsibility to know how to eat healthy and it has nothing to do with you. I emotionally eat, I'm upset about a Sept. root canal and Dr. appt." I'll journal my fears and anxious feelings, concerning these two things, which are actually minor because I've been there before! I've had root canals AND physicals, so what is my silly problem??? I'm a bit "miffed" at my molar because the root canal has to happen during our wedding anniversary week. The cost irks me, as we pay out-of-pocket because of no dental insurance. I feel terrible about costing DH too much money, exclaim I wish I had dentures like him and he gives me a very serious look and states, "NO YOU DON'T WANT DENTURES!" So, taking good care of my teeth is a good thing. I can't help it if a nerve's dying in my molar. All I know is, my dentist is very gentle, he does root canals and I'm so grateful I need not to go to another different endodontist's office, to have it done. I know everyone at my dental clinic, many of them are Christians, and they give TLC, which is very nice. ♥ So this nonsense of eating non-stop from dinnertime to bedtime is so useless and embarrassing.

I have projects to do in the evenings, too.

And I have peppermint Lifesavers to suck on, too. Anyway, my biggest Wednesday Wisdom is, to be sure to take care of "me", be good to myself, pamper myself, use lotions, etc.... And it makes life so much more manageable in so many ways! It pours over into relationships with DH, our family, neighbors, dfriends, here, with my co-writers, pen pals and others I come into contact with in my life. I guess it's the ripple effect. If you're happy inside yourself, your relationships, home, and job, if you have one, all show it.
I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE ♥ today's opener,
Kathryn! I could visualize you in your robe, the setting where you are and the smells, so clearly. Thanks for sharing your picturesque morning with us.
Have a wonderful Wednesday full of Wisdom, Everybody!
