it's November 6th eek

yesterday I sprained my ankle and went to dr. for x-rays and my nutritionist (I missed a rung on my ladder)

today: is an up in the air day as walking is limited.

dh mmm is getting involved in decorating and planning things without asking what I thought again.. he is a sweet lovely man but spends money on surface bandaid things and can't decorate. (like I can lol - but mmmm)

7:00 workmen came and electrician came
spoke to dh for a long time now 8:30 ISH.
spent the day going through paperwork (not bills unfortunately) but Christmas planned out and other work done.
now 4:13 pm

November 7 to 10 heading to dd youngers school

I have to get going on some inside stuff but weather is warm so that may wait. I need to get some winterizing done before next weeks cold snap hits. Drain hoses cover a\c etc. H mentioned so ething about getting tires on the car. Selling 6 hens to make room. In the coop.

Laundry card is up today 2 loads to go.

good idea on winter prep card d Nancy!!!! I haven't started! and we will have a polar blast not snow.
I have to talk to dh to see what he wants to do re: this... he mentioned some things but I will know more this morning

I had a wonderful wonderful time with dd younger. She is in tremendous pain and now frustration that the crps/rsds is not ending. So today will be calling doctors etc.

today goals:
powder room
some animal care
upstairs hall closet/get it ready for guests
go in my closet - goal keeping all photos in one place - (realized I over-goaled re the work that needs to be done here)

1. buy shower door bought and won't be in for 2 weeks
2. pick up paint


I am drained... turning things into a positive is always a good thing.

Thanks Blessed. Today I need to make sure the heat lamp is ready to go for hens as were heading into a cold snap tomorrow and the rest if the week. heading out to do that now. X

I feel better if I get busy cleaning up around here it relieves stress and keeping clutter at bay seems to have a calming effect on us! At least after it is tossed or bagged up to donate. Dusting helps control alergies too.

My card today: take care of it.. things that are important that I may have put off.
also I have many hot spots brewing on the first floor.
dining room table is covered again and I haven't even been in there.

6:16 Getting ready for the painter.
1. take all pictures off walls in dining room and front room and hall

go upstairs and work on closets

it's already 9:11 am eek

1:38 pm dh and I had lunch out together
dh took the rug out of upstairs closet that was next to the water leak in the bathroom.. mold! so we have to let it dry and then spray with mold killer just to make sure and then paint after the holidays
4:59 pm painters are still here and I am exhausted.
I have torn apart my closet and I have to wait to get more garbage bags that are on the dining room table.

painter is done...he was extremely reasonable and what a beautiful job. I wish I could afford him for upstairs.

Found surge protector cor for crock pot.
Empting frozen water buckets This a.m. glad I did the fount before.
Hauled water early.
