Hi everyone.

Twins, that's a whole lot to do next week!
Dee, I'd be nervous having everybody see my bedroom!

Singular Sunday. Well, I am working on one thing and might only get that one thing done today...but that is one thing done. Everyday I try to do one thing, even as I get better.

Today I S2S (boy that felt good) but it is chilly in here and my damp hair is wrapped up in a turban, which is like air conditioning on my head! I don't have enough energy to put some rollers in it.

My one thing to do today: I'm filing the last of the 2014 stuff. While I was doing that I came across all the mechanical stuff we did on our truck, and that file is a mess, with receipts fading away into oblivion. So I organized that and got like things together and copied the fading receipts. That took a while. I'm about half-way done with the filing. I'd like to finish the filing. DONE

Kitchen needs attention, but I have no idea if that's in the cards for today. Maybe just deal with the dishes. And we're running out of food cooked, even from the freezer, so I need to shop and cook.... egads, I just need to feel better.

I hope the jury duty thing isn't long for you d twins... but I am happy to see you being able to visit with your d sis and going to florida!!! Good for you!

d Harmony I am so happy you are feeling a bit better! keep up the healing!

I am beginning to see I don't like being responsible on a Sunday.. :D no books read today
simple simple dinner is made for tonight: sloppy joes in romaine lettuce wraps instead of bread - family likes it this way... lol not dh.

kitchen finally cleaned (dailies) esp. after cooking tonights dinner. :D
vacuumed our bedroom and the hall upstairs (just the area rug not the wood floor sides ;)
then swipe around our toilet.
powder room swiped :D
dh did cat litter :D
called d uncle instead of visiting him today... I feel bad but I will see him at 7 tomorrow evening. stopping by store for lunch stuff and cash (I always laugh at this part)

I still want to steam some veggies for during the week.

i had a great early morning start to my day. Then I made bagel/egg/cheese sandwiches for the guys before we left to do MPB chores on our way to church. Church was well attended even though the temps was in the 50's. After church we ate with friends at a local favorite restaurant. On the way home, I dropped DH by the old house and he drove the tractor to the Birthday house. There has been a recent rash of barns being broken into so we wanted to get the tractor into a more controlled environment. We need to get the tractor sold.....but we can only tackle a limited numbers of projects at a time!

I loaded up the bed of pickup with outside things from the old house and unloaded/put them away at BH. The wind is so strong that it is difficult to do much outside. I have to remain aware how my feet are placed because when the wind gust it pushes me off balance

I'm going to "goof off" for an hour then get started on the new week.

:D Good Afternoon, Villagers! :D

I s2s, shampooed, have no LOL to do, no DW to run, and take Sundays as a "me-time" or "down-time", to do snail mail, watch TV movies, read, etc... It's nearly 60* here, it's pretty outside, and we have a busy week this next week.

Been looking through books, leaflets, magazines, on how to make a comforter. I got the "BEST" instructions, from a book, published in 1985, which DD bought for me, from Seattle's Goodwill. It's an amazing book! I need to mend a seam on a nightgown, today, if I get to it, and will make DH a grocery list, after I go through my 350-recipes 1.5-qt. slow cooker book again.

DH goes to the Dr. this week, gets a haircut, picks up a prescription, and goes grocery shopping. I get a new Cerec crown put onto a molar, which had a root canal on it 1 - 2 years ago, go to Target, to redeem a b-day gift card, and the MAIN THING, I "NEED" to get done--- DRUM ROLL PLEASE--- is to sweep/mop (real good!!!!!), the kitchen floor. I can instill DH's help, on it, too. It's like all-of-a-sudden, there is "grime" around the left-side of the mat in front of the refrigerator. When **WE** can see the dirt, you know it's BAD! :!:   It'll be nice to get it done. It's a fir floor, and CEO said it's NOT okay, to mop, and just leave the water, sitting there on top of a wood floor. She suggests taking a towel, to dry the floor, after it's been mopped. I ♥ LOVE ♥ to do this, oddly, because my thighs get the best workout! I sort of "skate" around, the entire floor, until it's all been dried. ;)

I need to do some research for a short story, to make it more factual, since it's based on a true story. It'll be for a July or August story, so I have time, but wanted to get the research done earlier, so I can make a bang-up good story. I need to work on a story for June, too, already got the May story in, and since I'm writing less (so far) :?: this year, I'll have time for other things, such as quilting, or sewing, calligraphy, reading, getting back into flowerbeds, etc... It's just that when I try to get in 5 - 6 stories, every 4 weeks, my life's insane. I'm more inclined, currently, to do fun things, which are more relaxing.

DH and I have been watching movies on the Up Channel today. They're sure tear jerkers! I've cried AND CRIED! But it was worth it. :) Now, DH is watching a movie called "U. S. Marshalls." I'm rambling. I'm tired today; been this way since the colonoscopy. Dunno if it's a let-down or what, exactly. :?:

Progress report on today's 7x7:
* Fancy Nancy Tea Party PocketMod -- done! (I got up early)
* Fancy Nancy Tea Party placemat -- done!
* Fancy Nancy Tea Party program for the grown-ups (list of activities and time schedule) -- done!
* Fancy Nancy Tea Party fans activity
* Fancy Nancy Tea Party butterfly table decorations
* If the sewing group newsletter editor sends me the file, I will proofread
* Declutter something -- anything! -- done!

I did have to alter the PocketMod a bit when I found pictures I liked better for the placemat. I want them to match. Luckily the "save as PDF" and "PDF to PocketMod Converter" things are quick and easy.

Newsletter editor has not sent me the file to proofread yet. I'm going to wash dishes before starting the next Fancy Nancy project.

Obviously I'm not going to finish the entire list by 7:00, but I'm ok with that. I like doing craft projects while watching tv, so the 2 crafty items will give me an excuse to sit and watch a movie tonight.

Me too, so I try to be certain that the portions visible on Skype at least are neat and tidy. Often wonder just how much they CAN see.

DD and I made a trip to B est B uy. She got a new computer from them last week and had programs pretty much loaded, but some just wouldn't. She also kept getting blank screens, etc, etc. They ended up doing an 'even exchange' as they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. She bought it from BB and it was G eek certified. Now she has to contact the one company she's downloaded the program from that she needs to work with her sil houette she got for Christmas. They allow 3 downloads. She already did one on dsonil's and they decided it wasn't going to work -she needed her own computer. So downloaded the program on the new computer and now has to download it on the third. She's hoping they'll 'forgive' one download.

Did me good to get out for a little while and get some fresh air I think. I really would like to go to DB's tomorrow cough-free.
Begun is half done -SO! JUST BEGIN!!
