Have done all except for laundry room clean up. I'm waiting right now until washer stops and I can move towels over to dry, instead of leaving in washer until I get back.
BTW, I found the form that dh was so sure he gave to me......in a stack of papers of his from a "stash and dash" before we had the big dinner weekend before last.

Good (barely) afternoon everyone! I have gone to the lawyer to finalize my will and trust. Of course, that means I have homework associated with the trust. There was a little time before the last morning train left, which was good, because my purse broke! Quick trip to an on-the-way discount clothing store resulted in one purse and one pair of black pants. The latter has been on my pending list for a long time. I have been alternating gray and brown pants, with jeans on Friday, since I started here in October! I still need to buy more because the gray are corduroy and won't work for summer. My summer pants are capris and I HATE capris, but they were gifts. Does anyone else get cold ankles, or is it just me? Even in summer, I want long pants with SOCKS. Capris are only useful for summer hiking and amusement parks.
Here is what I got done last night: checked an account - all is well, paperwork for lawyer, library pick up, pet care at DD13's house, groceries, and I remembered to put the trash out on its new day. I did not work at the estate sale, because there is not going to be any work this week during weekday evenings. At the library, I scored a crochet pattern leaflet in their shop for 10 cents! It is for baby blankets, which I don't do, but two of them have reversible stitches, which I want to learn for other uses. I had good intentions when I got home, but a friend called and we talked for 3 hours.
Stuff that carries over from yesterday: letter (must get done!), file for reimbursement, todo check from minutes.
Payday is tomorrow and all bills are paid. The payment to the lawyer will come out of tomorrow's funds. All credit cards have a zero balance. All monthly bills are paid. This paycheck can go mostly to savings, with some held out for an alignment on my vehicle. I don't want to let that go until I need new tires as well.
Today's tasks are:
- Various and sundry payroll tasks
- Several emails
- Webwork for the church
- Attend Living Last Supper performance at chruch
- Paperwork
- Pet care at DD's house
I'm thinking of
Lilac and her family.

Well, I'm not actually sick, I'm just tired. Saturday I intend to take a break.
DH came in and I did a couple proposals and got them in the mail. I prepped stuff for dinner and made the turkey salad. One thing left to make when it's time. I was afraid I'd be too tired to make dinner if I waited. Actually felt a little better after I ate.
LOL hanging up now.

Glad you got good news, Lilac!
I am home - grueling afternoon with rain and traffic. I am trying to update dh's anti-virus and install malwarebytes on his computer, he tends to let these things go too long....
It turns out that dd is coming home today but she doesn't want dinner with us, so we are going out, I think.

I managed not to sleep all afternoon!
Made the rest of dinner, did all the dishes. Swept and mopped the kitchen floor, hallway and laundry room floor. My it was bad.
Need to bring in the laundry. I envision an early night.
Lilac, that's very very good news, you all must be so relieved.

Wonderful news, LIlac!!! I amso glad to hear that!
Sorry about the hotel, though. Aggravating to have to move in the middle of everything.
Y'all, this a ncestry dot com is the devil!
I came back from 2 hours of getting the movers to and from our appointed rounds today, and dh was sitting there, filling in family trees... And four hours later, he was STILL at it. He even forgot to turn on the Braves game!
In the meantime, I took a very long nap.
I offered to do filing for dmom or other stuff she might need, but she didn't want to, so I just delivered her lunch to her and took care of the movers -- told her we'd go ahead and pay for them since it was all for ds's convenience anyway... And then I came home and did NOTHING.
No weeklies or zone tasks but 2 hours in ds's "zone" makes me feel somewhat productive for the day.
Oh -- Harmony -- yes -- at least 2 2x4's make up the center beam. Could be 3.

Well, I had a good run. Dr. confirmed today what I already know personally better than his computer ever could. I've spent 4.5 years without so much as a cold.
However, today... ... not so much. I am starting into something "significant" with a slight crackle in the lungs that dr could hear even though I don't feel it yet. Knowing my history with the pneumonia in 2010, dr wanted to get me on meds even if he isn't sure what this is or how I stumbled into it (contagion or allergy). I put all the details in H and F so won't post all again here, but I decided on his most aggressive alternative for family's sake (granddaughter imminent so I need to be 100%, fast, and also not a health threat myself). Although no one else is sick anywhere. (?)
So most TaDas today involved the appt and the meds. Did go by an office in next town and signed some papers that have been waiting on me for days. And healthy grocery briefly. That's about it.
Dailies did get done.

Harriet, that is amazing that you haven't had a cold in 4.5 years.
