really beautiful d harriet!!!

I hear you d harmony! I feel like the village is beautiful - I wish I could show how my d mom did it... she is an artist anyway and it was a WOW. She even collected nature items from the woods in Door county. Amazing work. I am not sure if I want to put my energy into putting up the village anymore. If others helped I guess it would be fun but no one really wants to do it but they want to have it kind of thing.

Today I am going to put money... not much into my christmas savings account. (anything helps)
I did save any extra $10 this month by taking out my extra singles (kept 5 singles in my wallet at all times and took the extra out once a week) - $10 is $10

This week I am getting the remainder of the things for the family reunion.

bought the rest of the non perishable things for the family reunion. Yay!

bought dh some razors for his Christmas box
also bought white elephant gift for Christmas.

dh and I are going to talk about the things we want done before the holidays regarding the house.

Mom's day brunch at the buffet was a hit a bit spendy but nice. Not overly crowded either they do the. For most holidays general consis is that was a keeper for evens with faimal and inlaws. None of us has room for 13+.

We still need to get to see a dil's parents place and it will be a fun drive too.
One other place on hubby's list for a drive with the jeep as well.
Hoping to get the yard in shape by th e 4th of July I think h was rolling his eyes! LOL!

I am so so happy you had fun on mom's day!!!

Just realized that memorial day is week after next trying to figure out our schedule ack!

I am almost ready with all the purchased items for the family gathering.
today: wash out the coolers
I ordered the chicken kabobs already

Christmas: I have decided no matter what I am putting money aside for Christmas this June 1...I owe money on my cc for things I needed and one thing for me. (classes)

It's almost June and I know I need a certain amount of money for Christmas.
I also have to consider gifts that are homemade or photos

planning made the party fun! lots of money spent on charge card unfortunately

this month is tight but I am still going to add money to the account. I think I may add one tip per month for helper service people so that I have that aside too.

I also bought a few more things for stockings this month.
