Focus - Dining Room - 3/13/12 - First Round of 2011

OK this is the last focus area of the third round.

Next week begins the final round before the holidays.

Amazing how quickly the year has flown.

Decluttering in this area only so far, but hoping to come back and add to this post.

editing to say I swiffered from ceiling down and dusting has started.

The last round for the dining room and the last room for the year. Next week we begin maintenance and final touch up.

Thank you for everything, Indiana! Maintenance here we come! I think you (all) know that I have a few rooms (like dining) on maintenance, a few far from it. But having the plan, the schedule, knowing I have not omitted any area, all makes a huge difference. Something is rotationally in progress in every room/area of the house.

shock! second round already.... I didn't even do the first!
I HAVE to get back on track!

Don't feel bad, bw2...I haven't done the first OR the second rounds in my dining room!! Somehow two thirds of the year have slipped by, and my dining room is still overflowing with supplies for making/mending kittycat pads. I MUST get it back under control!

Dining Room time again, and the last round for dining before Thanksgiving. How do things look?

I have dusting to do and there's some newfound clutter on the hearth because of visiting little darlings plus dd13 leaving papers there. I want to Swiffer into all the corners.

EEEGADS! My dining room is presently my sewing room with machine all opened out and table covered. I surely need to get that under control. Right now we're not sure if we're traveling or hosting. I'm thinking it's traveling we're leaning towards. I'm okay with that this year. But even if turkey isn't being served in there, it needs cleaned up pronto!
