I’m still on my eating plan but not always getting 10k steps cause I’ve added weights

NSV
My rings are spinning on my fingers
Wearing my shirt tucked in
Had to move my belt over one notch

Won’t weigh until next week and may wait even longer.. we shall see

I've managed to get rid of all the weight I put on this year. I'd be happier if the inches would come off more, though some of them have. But at least this is a good start.

Great start, Harmony!

I'm copying & pasting here my post from J&C. Probably more suited for here, but I was asking for prayer too.
I'm feeling better -I think. It's so hard to tell because I evidently don't exhibit 'classic' symptoms of a UTI. No pain, no urgency, etc. The main thing was my blood pressure, pulse and blood sugar going so high. So, I'm not sure how I'll be able to tell if it's really gone. Just monitor for those symptoms I guess. I had said something to the nurse the other day about probably needing another culture at the end of this antibiotic. All she said was, "We'll see." ???? I've also had swelling in my left ankle predominately but some in the right as well. That seems to be getting better. Retaining water? I've been researching how to 'avoid' these infections. One, of course is cranberry juice. Another mentioned taking vitamin C (which I'm sure is good for several things) because the bladder doesn't like the acidic addition. So we'll see how that goes. Vitamin C arrived from A river yesterday but I do need to get it open and start taking it. Of course the other standby (Harriet's smiling here I'm sure!) is drinking lots of water and keeping things flushed out. I've been making a concerted effort to at least drink 60-64oz in a day. One other is to avoid caffeine, which I'm trying to be religious about. I do like diet soda and it's hard to find any without caffeine -at least on sale. All of which probably should go over in the H&F thread. :? Maybe I'll just copy and paste. But I still do covet your prayers that this regimen really is working.I :

WTG, Harmony. Just the fact that you've managed to lose those gained pounds is very impressive!

The first of the year sees "Dry January" for me and a reset on eating. Dh and I both have been eating all kinds of things we had learned to do without, and my weight shows it.

So reset it is.
