I made it to in person church today.
Wore a new top I had made pink paisley.
More were there than last week that was interesting.

Came home to have pizza I made up ahead and had in the freezer.
Decluttered some boxes today yea!
Swapped out some books at the little free library.

Oh my goodness I am dragging today. Definitely not in savant mode…

Just got out of the shower… must go to Wmart…
And it’s thundering and lightning and flash flood warning issued…
Plus I feel awful — tired and having sinus issues.
We ate lunch and then I slept some more… but now I must get on with it.
Will cuop later.

I am dragging, now, Lucylee. When did you guys get in from the game?

I feel headachy too.

five things:
-clear kitchen table
-clear island countertop
-check green peppers in refrigerator to see if still good, they're supposed to be stuffed peppers if they haven't gone bad
-make the bed
-empty the bin of packing paper (used to wrap glasses, etc.) into recycle bin.

I'm definitely not a Savant. Just someone who perseveres and keeps on keeping on.

This morning I was dragging too, never got up for church until 10 minutes from leaving time. Got myself out the door just a bit late and reasonably respectably put together.

Came home straight away because I'd neglected to take my purse with drivers license with me. I really was not prepared for this morning. When I got home I did all the stuff I should have done before leaving. Made my bed, tidied up the kitchen etc. Then I gathered all the rubbish for pickup tomorrow. After lunch I started watching the All Creatures marathon they've been showing all afternoon yesterday and today. Lovely to see it. I just took a nap and missed their Cricket game...but I've seen these shows before. Now I'm just watching again.

Tuna salad is made and served for supper.

DH and DS14 are checking on DMIL.

We aren't having church tonight due to the holiday. I forgot to take the chili out of the freezer this morning when I was at church, so I went back and moved it to the refrigerator to thaw for Wednesday night meal. I am in charge of getting everything ready to serve 150 people hot dogs, chili, cookies, and chips Wednesday night. I am trying to think of what condiments are needed. What do you put on your hot dog? Chili, mayo, mustard, ketchup, sweet relish, diced onions and ??

next up - update my calendar with events from newsletter and school website.
Done
Next up - grocery list made for the week meals.
Done
Next up - go to grocery store
Done. WOW! The price of food is sky rocketing. I try to only buy things on sale but even the sale price is high. I can afford to buy groceries but still have the memories of having to watch every penny in my younger years.
Next up - take DS14 to the gym to lift weights and play basketball.

We got home a little after midnight, Twins, so nice we left when the rain delay started. And with no church today, I really shouldn’t be so exhausted. But at any rate, I am tired.
