LA as in the state, not Los Angeles... took me a minute.

I have been busy, busy, busy. Had to go back to cos t co to pick up meds for dh. 2 new ones, plus dh has to discontinue one. One of the new ones is for BP and starts with an M. I'm sure someone on here has posted about it. Dee, possibly. I can't remember the full name right now. Metopropol. Ta da! I remembered.

We had macaroni and cheese from a box and dh wanted plain hamburger meat, fried up on the stove. So that's what we had tonight. We are both in a slump for thinking about meals/meal planning.

I also had a case of cat food delivered from amazing to save me driving to Walmart.

Yep, that's the one, Cathy. It's known to slow the heartbeat so watch him. I used to be on it and they had to discontinue it (even though I'd taken it several years with no problem) because my heartbeat was dipping into the 30's. Same reason they took dh off it (he's been on 1/2 pill for a few months so 12.5mg). That's one they took him off last week as his heartbeat was 40, but the amiodarone can also slow the beat. This past Monday Dr told him to stop taking the amiodarone and begin taking the Metoprolol again in 1 week. Unfortunately because he didn't have me there to dole out his meds he stayed on the amiodarone through Thursday morning. I made sure he didn't take it Friday.

I just fixed myself one small piece of chicken and a few baked beans. Don't really have much of an appetite but I knew I was hungry.

Think I'll be glad when dh/dd are back from the game tonight. Find myself wondering, etc.

Time change tonight!
I have been working on adjusting my meals and med schedule already this week.
Did a quick walk bc rain was in the forecast got my step count up that is great.
Picked up more twigs out front so it is looking better.
Had a cheese san. for lunch wanted to test out the new recipe.
I gave the neighbors that helped a loaf of freshly baked bread.
Napped a bit bc I was up in the nite bc of the windstorm.
Thinking on some rolls with mincemeat in them.
