hello again - I am considering not driving to dh's - I feel guilty about it but I think I need it. I will call him so he knows but again that means that no one is there. I can go tonight at 5 at get there by 6 pm (staying until 8:00)

so far
birds water and fed
blew out the garage
emptied dw and refilled and turned on. The girls cooked the night before and I didn't get everything done.
more trash talk and walk  sorry couldn't resist. As dd younger is playing with the dogs outside then I can continue in the inside yard.

Checking In: Bs was perfect!
I slept well.
It was foggy when I got up it is better now but the sun had not showed up yet today.

Bible study was good 2 new gals came so that was good.
I have done errands.
Donated two piles of books.

Food is unloaded and put away.
Next up prep some of the stuff for oatmeal cookies now that I have the ingredients.
I have over 5,000 steps before my walk!

I am tweaking a cookie recipe and very pleased with the results.
Have a spaghetti squash in baking now.

Hi everyone! Monday's lunch was cancelled, but the crochet project is still complete, so it is off my plate. The last shore excursion has been ordered and paid for. Shop vac of garbage disposal is done. Elizabeth's Own Small Appliance Installers put it in many years ago. I am thinking of getting a different installer this time. It costs more, but is done faster and allows the installer to have more fun and less work in her life. I will probably live without one for a little while.

I won't bore you with my long list of chores for after payroll, or my list of things during payroll. Suffice it to say that after work are two errands and type up minutes for the animal org, whose meeting is tomorrow. Unfortunately, I cannot find December's notes. I did locate October's and some from 2014. I will at least get Oct done.

Lucylee: Bad idea!!! Finish the process.

I hate to be a complete downer, but it is true. You need to officially transfer it with all the right paperwork and deed and you need to have a lawyer involved!!! No matter what private agreements you may have, that house is YOUR asset in the eyes of the IRS and the law. Got back taxes? Named in a lawsuit? Assisted living expenses racking up? Things neither I nor anyone else could ever predict? Yep, someone could come after it based on your ownership. It can also wreak havoc on your estate. And you are still the one on the hook for its property taxes. This is not the time to call it done. Too many bad things can happen. Seriously: lawyer.

I went and laid down. Almost as soon as I laid down, dh came in and turned off the light that I had just turned on. A few minutes later my brother called to give me some information.

When I did fall asleep, I dreamt about living in a very messy house. I have never owned a napkin dispenser like they have in restaurants. In this dream, I had one and it was part of the clutter I was moving from place to place in the dream. My kidneys woke me up before the alarm went off, so here I am on the computer again.

The sun just came out! YAY!

I finished yesterday and today's house blessing and the apartment looks way better.

My desk is still a mess (but is part of the zone work for this week) and the dining room table, while much better, is still not perfect.

I mended two thing while on the call with the grand kids.

Dinner is heated up things tonight. But I need to get up from the computer now and get into the microwave before dh does!
