bw2, and count anything and everything you do as a ta dah, you're working under uncertainty and stress.
I agree! (((((Blessedw2))))

9am and 10am hourly scheduled tasks are completed with the exception of doing Spanish lesson. DH, DS14 and I are doing Spanish lessons together. They won't be doing it today, but I prefer getting consistent practice. And they are both better at Spanish than I am, so it is also needed!

Some how it is noon. I'm making progress but there's so much to do.

Next round of ta das.
  • Cleaned my bathroom
  • mopped the bathroom floors
  • dusted and vacuumed bedroom
  • Deep cleaned the two vaporizers I'm using and put away the one I'm not
  • Cleaned the toaster oven and a counter top
  • Cleaned the chair mat in the dining room (to protect the carpet from dgs) and moved the high chair back into there
  • vacuumed and mopped the kitchen floor
I think that's it. I've had breakfast as well. Dh is having to wait 10 minutes before he can have his because I thought he had to shower today so mopped the kitchen after I finished my breakfast instead of waiting for him to finish his. When I hear him in the kitchen, I'll go vacuum and dust the office.

The living/dining room will still need to be done but that will be slower work since that is the zone this week (and I haven't officially hit zones for at least 2 months, some chores were done but only a couple per zone.)

Continuing to discover where the cleaning lady didn't clean at all... like the left side of the bathroom counter under where the soap dispenser, mouth wash container, all of dh's pill bottles, etc. live. I thought she was doing a much better job than what she had been doing. Too bad, because I won't rehire her.

Dh is still working in the garage. I want to go check on him, but I don't think I should.

More large things are getting soaked and then washed in the kitchen sink.

Cats have all had their morning naps and they have all been to visit the dry food dish. Now they have all gone to their afternoon nap spots, which are different than the morning nap spots.

I've done some things but haven't showered.
-walked dog
-lunch (tomato soup and a Cuban style wrap: Ham, swiss pickle, mustard)
-cleaned jewelry
-did a little bit of summary on a deed problem I'd like to solve. Two third of land purchased by Sarah in 1859 was sold by two of her children in 1874. Who was the other child that inherited land, and when did they dispose of it?

I need to leave for my work out in about an hour. Need to shower and it feels like the house is so cold.

Cathy, it's rainy and cloudy here and I don't feel like doing anything. It looks like the sun isn't coming out here until Friday. And the cleaning - they never do all the things we would do if we cleaned ourselves. It just doesn't happen, lol.

Kathryn, you're making substantial progress whether you feel it or not.

Good afternoon! Hugs indeed for blessed in limbo.

Board games, lucylee. (Well, one was technically a card game, but not with regular playing cards.)

I’m headed out to dinner with a friend this afternoon. We’ve been wanting to get together just the two of us (this is the same friend we were gaming with) for a while. DH has guys’ night tonight, and DC is going to see a play with the theater club. There’s not much in the house suited for dinner for one, so I will get DD some takeout from wherever Dfriend and I end up.

As ever, I need to get some laundry done. I’m a bit behind; yesterday was a rewash of a load I’d forgotten over the weekend.

I finally made a dreaded text and asked my boss’s boss if they were likely to have more work for me or if I should return their computer. She said she thinks they have something coming up, but the person who would okay it will be out on medical leave till at least next week. So I may hear something soon — or not.

Off to have lunch before I have to leave for an early dinner. Then I’ll get that wash in and proceed with the rest of the chores.

Cleaned up after that.
Trash can is back in from the road.
Fetched mail. Trigger mail got me off track ack!
Trying to reclaim my peace.
More breathing. Big sigh.
Bujo list is filled out.

Bfast for lunch.

(((Nancy)))

Trying to regain my peace here too.
I’m just kinda mad at the world today.
Dh was short with me…
Preacher made a fb post that upset me…
I’m just ILL at everyone right now.

Just finished drying dh’s shower…
Have to help him lay out meds…
Have to help him average bp numbers for the month —
(He just does this for his own information, doctor has told him to monitor daily but doctor never asks for records.)

Then we are going to drop off tax stuff in Next Town.

Baby stepping my way through the day.

11am hourly tasks are completed, and I've started on the 12pm hourly tasks.

The pinto beans are not going to finish cooking by lunch, so I needed a Plan B. I ordered pizza & cheesy bread sticks. It is low on the healthy scale but fits the need I had to feed the hungry kids.

I have finished 3 of the OMM tasks which reduces my stress level. One of those tasks has been on the list for months. It only took about 5 minutes to accomplish so WHY WAS I PROCRASTINATING??? Arrgh I frustrate myself.

I am updating software on my backup laptop. I have rebooted at least 3 times after multiple updates have been installed.

DS14 has another pickup in his sights that I haven't immediately said no....yet. . If DS14 is breathing....he is talking vehicles to buy/modify. It is a daily conversation topic. This vehicle is already set up to be the perfect work truck if he continues with his current career choice. Not the vehicle but just an image of similiar work vehicle It has a new motor and transmission so it should be reliable for many years. DS14 knows the previous owner and how the truck has been cared for. It isn't easy to find a 10 year old work truck that is in excellent condition. My hesitation is this used work truck is a huge investment and DS14 could change his mind of his future career (unlikely because he loves loves LOVES what he is doing). I just don't know. On the flip side....if DS14 changed his mind we could always sell it and recover the cost. But the other flip side....this would be our 5th vehicle. Part of me says this is ridiculous. The other part of me thinks we will regret not getting this vehicle.

LadyM, how many of those 5 vehicles are DSon's? If he gets this last one, is there another he can sell so the number doesn't go up? Hmm, I imagine because of his age, all these vehicles are in your name?

Well, I worked so hard yesterday that I was very very tired this morning and just stayed in bed a long time. When I finally got up I hit the ground running...but I will never catch up today. It's my age. When we work hard at something, usually physically hard jobs (like the gutter work I did yesterday) usually the next day is not very productive. My energy is trying to catch up.

1 LOL washed and hung up. Including a throw rug from my bathroom.

I am trying to get my studies caught up. I am 3 behind. All I have done is the conclusion to last week's lesson.

I've brought in the mail and sorted. Another letter to answer. A bill to pay. I have birthdays coming up and must get those cards sent...trying to think what to include with one of them. A thank you note to write. A baby gift to buy and get ready to send.

I'd just like to get all caught up before I have another list to complete. Doesn't look like that's going to happen. If I had cleaning angels coming here, they would see all the things I have been missing!
