We arrived safely - long drive with some traffic snafus but we're here and have a glorious view of the beach and ocean.

Have fun, Twins'!
Cookie baking and gardening sound fun for Nancy and LadyM.

It was Italian cooking night last evening with dd24 and fiancée. I put on Dean Martin's greatest hits which is full of Italian songs. After 4 or 5, when I had left (because as I predicted we eventually had too many cooks in the kitchen) I heard Mambo Number 5 and realized I was being called back. LOL So I enjoyed the direction they were heading, and we went into some super upbeat songs after that, laughing at the videos of them.

Supper turned out deliciously and was a big hit as HRH joined us and did his usual changeover from any music (he has GOT to change that - can't stand it) to other entertainment with ventriloquism hits from AGT and some Whose Line. (Yes, we are often tv-while-you-eat people, even with company!) Fiancée is a trivia wellspring, so we had plenty to talk about.

Got back to the online prayer meeting just in time.

Oh, I also got my hair trimmed yesterday, thank goodness, because dd24 was finally available.

They carried in the 4'x8' piece of 1-inch insulation for my quiltmaking design board. Dd42 had bought it by phone at the Home Improvement place but had no time to go get it, so they picked it up for her.

Today I ordered the gray flannel sheet for its cover.

Let the broccoli sprouts photosynthesize and refrigerated them. Watered and fertilized the houseplants that were next.

Laundry.

S2Slippers and washed my newly shorter hair tonight and am trying to be brave through some itching that was predicted. So tired of playing the "which salve might work for this" game/puzzling. This too shall pass.
