Dh and I had 2 Costco chickens with broccoli and rice. I bought 2 because dh prefers the dark meat and with such small chickens, I decided to get 2 so there would be leftovers for lunch tomorrow for dh. I will be at his mom's because he still doesn't want to drive an hour away. He's been driving there from this general area for many, many years.
