Definitely, blessed. And the difficulty getting in touch with them makes me also very wary of having the biopsy done there too.
Tomorrow is another day.

do you think it is an emergency - if it is then its best to go - I would not be surprised if they were booked solid or off today.
if its a panic attack there isnt' much that they can do -. my youngest has had a panic attack and she thought she was going to faint and was sweating and couldn't catch her breath- her heart was pounding - the fire department had her do breathing instructions for panic attacks.they told her the if she fainted that her brain would reset but that she can get back to square one - it's a chemical reaction that is making your body react this way Remember you do have your littles there - breath slowly - put your hand on your chest as you make yourself slow down - talk to yourself - call a friend to talk to to ease you out of the panic attack (your flight and fight is in overload but IT WILL GET BETTER)
you have got this! you can do it!

I've missed something - do you have a fever, lucylee?
What does ddil say?
What if it all works out.
What IF it all works out.
WHAT if it all works out.
What if it ALL works out.
blessed, this crop will be harvested on New Year's Eve - just sprouts!
Dd26 is a tough old bear. She refused to visit indoors because of a bug that went around her workplace, and she set it up so that I was inside the storm door, they on the porch. Sadly, she can't just "will" the cold air from under the door to stop, so I did get a cramp in one foot, but it quickly passed. She promises that on our day out together Monday she will be satisfied to wear a mask.
Dsonil gave us a canvas photograph of our family at the wedding - wonderful.
She gave her Daddy the framed original of a new cartoon character that "just came to her" (I photographed it and posted A, C, and N), and a medallion she made that is reminiscent of a medieval game he likes. He has already taken a photo of Tobias wearing it - very dramatic! I got the super big crochet hook and big yarns she'd already told me about - funny but kinda practical.

We have walked.
I did my breathing mantras, in for 4 hold for 8 then exhale slowly.
A family member gets that some times.
One touch
one sight
one sound
one all the senses forgetting one , small .
I do colors too with that person.
I like what LH & used to say no news is good news.
-----
All is calm and quiet oh that means the dryer is off I need to go switch it.
I caught the end of a movie I saw the beginning of they other day!
I have the next load folded and put away.
Sheets are in the dryer now.
I did up the dishes.
Finished up a dish cloth & listened to two pod casts.
Sheets are back on the bed last load today.

((((LucyLee))) Panic attacks are no fun. I suspect everyone deals with them differently. It helps me to have a fan blowing on my face and to focus on the movement of the air. I can feel the air so I can logically know that my next breath is possible
DH and I made a quick trip to the city to get his prescriptions from pharmacy. While there we were able to get the tires rotated on SUV, filled up with gas, and a few pantry items restocked.
We had one of the outside cats come inside for the first time ever. It is a feral cat that we got several years ago and usually lives in the shop. It doesn't like people but will sometimes come visit the front of our home. How did it get inside our house? We are clueless. It must have slipped in when we were carrying items from the car into the house. It was pandemonium for a bit with Micro barking and the cat thinking it was trapped inside. We propped the outside doors open in hopes the cat would go back through the door to gain access to outside. Eventually DH picked the cat up to carry it outside and it showed how well it can use claws the whole time he was carrying it out of the house.

I hope LordM didn't bleed too much!
We had salmon casserole for supper. After supper I decided to water all the plants because the shamrock plants looked droopy. The usual troublemaker managed to knock over a very heavy plant that is on the floor. I don't know why she was on/near the plant, but she has a reputation to finding places to pee inside the house. I don't know if that's what she was doing, but she took off out of the kitchen at full speed after the plant fell over with a crash.
Most of the mess is cleaned up. I added a lot more plastic forks to the pot to try to keep all of the cats out of that dirt.
