I have A. M. stretch for a habit for this month.
I did it but was more like a P. M. stretch.
Plus gardening was in the activity level this week EOD [every other day].
Got my steps in daily this week.

Tweaking my alarms is underway this week.
My bed time alarm was waking me up after I went to bed not helping! LOL!
Deleted that one last night.
I have changed my day time Rx. alarm this week. Still working with that one keeping my fingers crossed the today will
be the day that it's what I hoped for.

BWTG - eightistenough, KittyKatt, and Nancy!

April healthy habit focus = A dozen exercises to stretch & strengthen
1⭐2⭐3⭐

Established healthy habits. April averages -
⭐Sleep - 8hr 07min
⭐Hydration 120oz+
⭐Cronometer - 273 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 1306 calories, 56% protein
⭐Move my body - 6181 steps, 8 hours with 250+ steps
⭐Weight loss is at a pace of -1.05%

Yesterday was a challenging day to keep up with my healthy habits. I was traveling for over 4 hours in the car and ate out twice. It was not a normal day for me. The result of yesterday was I ate twice as many calories, had half as many steps as normal and the scale jumped up 2 lbs this morning consequently. But the good thing is I know how to recover from it and get back on track.

I had two "bad" days in a row. Bad being a descriptor of not staying in my boundaries.
So.....is this the new me?
It is decision time.
Either I am going to give my best effort to take care of myself.....or I am not.

After two days of busting my boundaries, I had a better day yesterday. I suspect it will take a week to recover and get back to where I was before those 2 busting boundaries days. At least I stopped the damage and am thankful that my body is strong and capable of recovering.
