How many are you expecting for Sunday dinner, KitKat?

It's been a beautiful sunny day, so after church I came home and had a productive afternoon in the garden. I'm sitting outside as I type this -it's just starting to get slightly chilly. DH is out again this evening, so I need to spend it wisely +there a couple of admin tasks I need to do while I will be uninterrupted, and I really need and early night. Matilda is starting to wake early again, and has decided everyone else needs to wake up, too!

Bama - thanks for thinking of me (yesterday) - I confess: I have never had mushroom coffee... LOVE mushrooms AND coffee... can't think of them together
We can call it Easter meal... not your typical one... Many dietary restrictions

Hi, Peaches!

DH has left, I've taken Fred for another walk (he insisted! ) and had a chat with our new Dneighbour S who I first met the other day. Fortunately, she likes cats. Even more fortunately, Freddie behaved himself!

Next I need to unpack the groceries and PA, and then decide what to do with the rest of the evening. It's supposed to rain tomorrow, so what doesn't get done today can be moved to then.

Complete health questionnaire for dentist online (they probably won't do anything with it now until Tuesday morning, when I have my 6 month check up, but I didn't want to waste a lovely day inside!)
Order label from VCC (again, probably nothing will happen until Tuesday, but at least it's "in the system")
Email Hobbies (again probably no response until Tuesday, but I can tick it off my list)
Bring up a box of Freddie's food from the garage
Give that little chair from my dolls house another coat of wax
Look for grip fix -do I need to order more? (If I can't find it?)

kittykatt, how do you walk Freddie? Does he just follow you?
We used to have a neighbour. He had a dog and a cat. They both followed him down the street. It was the cutest sight.

Little change in plans.
I need to pick up 2 DGDs in :30 minutes.
Broth is cooking. DH will be back to watch it. (I don't leave stuff on the stove...)

A few times last fall when Casper and I walked Lucky my kitten would follow the whole way round. Adventurous for little one but those kittens really like Casper. It's cute.

Home from work. In the pickup. It had tires changed. I paid for it and got the keys. Get it when dh is done.. I will go back and pick him up.

My neck is sore and fighting off headache again. I should take something . Then I need to do something. Dd and dsil are breaking up the trip and stopping at their uncles place tonight. They will be here likely mid afternoon tomorrow. There's good Friday service in the morning. Plus I need to get the house and bedroom ready. Looks like fil won't make it. He seems to not very easily want to leave the house much anymore either. I guess he is like 83 or 4. He wasn't feeling up to it even if he doesn't have to drive. Oh well makes prep easier. I can stuff ds 26 boxes in the craft room.

Decide on supper and take meat out

Go get dh and the car
While ds starts supper

Empty and reload dw
Finish tidying kitchen all the way
Move some stuff out of dd room

Eat and clean up
Decide if I want an evening walk
Work on crochet ( maybe I will finish it this weekend)
