Twins' thank you for starting today.
What a Good Day to be together, in our homes and here, our little village online, with good friends.

Nancy, you do such a good job of shopping and then quick follow-through on your purchases. Can't believe you already have all that fabric washed and ironed.

Cathy, a comforting rain to listen to when napping - bound to be relaxing.

We did get groceries in.

We have been tag-team napping today, though. HRH still doesn't feel well.

I have a load of my own clothes in the washer. Have at least 2 others that need to be done, but I don't think so. Energy won't be there.

Dd26 says she and dsonil will visit tomorrow. It sounds terrible of me, but I am almost ready to ask her to drop him off at his parents' and come here to help us with housework.

I am starting to brainstorm about my needs for the coming week and next as far as clothes. I did get a new button-up-front shirt ordered, arrived and pressed it yesterday morning for the appt trip. Nice to have something to wear all the nurses haven't seen before. (I'm limited on button-front, which is required.) I bet they don't notice, but still nice. Pink. Still, many blanks in wardrobe not answered when you think of daily needs upcoming, not just an occasional appt.

quick hi!

mom is doing better but can't be left alone bc her dementia doesn't let her remember all the time that she broke her hip. She is mentally and physically much better -

after dinner I will go to the store to buy the pork sausages for easter. -I was hoping that someone else would take it over but they still need it. my dear niece took over the bagels and the croissants. I have the young man coming tomorrow to plant the trees and bushes.

I will have to make a list for tomorrow's work.

d brother will stay in the morning, dd older will stay in the afternoon so that my brother can have dinner with his friend and I will stay until the evening until 8Pm. dd younger flys home tomorrow at 7:00 pm

After 48 hours of quiet, DD13 is feeling well enough to return to her boisterous phone calls with friends. I have missed the sound of teenage girls chatter and giggles. Our home noise level has returned to normal.

Stove delivery is scheduled for 7am to 11am tomorrow. We have 90% chance of storms tomorrow. Hopefully the delivery will happen during a lull.

I’m so sorry you’re feeling so rough, Harriet, and I’m glad to hear LordM and dd are improving. Also thinking of blessed’s dmom and all the logistics of your household, blessed!
All that stuff I intended to get done? Nope — didn’t do any of it except feed dgs, and fill up car. Also had to go out to dmom’s and take her some milk and batteries for her tv remote.

We did go to church and ddil said dgs didn’t forget about the dance; he just preferred going to the ballgame. No surprise there, LOL!
When we got to church, there were a bunch of folks taking pictures in the little park beside our church. There are huge azaleas and other shrubs and trees, a fountain, and benches. All these 12-13 year old girls all dolled up like they are 18, with these skintight dresses that barely cover their bottoms. Sigh… 4 years from now Dgd will probably be right in theory middle of it all. Ddil says she will not be wearing a dress like some we have seen tonight. Smh…
